Charentaise house, completely renovated, in a small peaceful village.
A private swimming pool bordered by an exposed stone solarium out of sight in a fully enclosed 9000m² park.
A terrace near the house with a large table and chairs (12pers) welcome you as well as a pool embellished by the sound of flowing water.
you enter a bright living room dining room or overlooks the exposed stone, a functional fitted kitchen, a double bedroom, a bathroom and separate toilet.
Upstairs, a double bedroom and a bedroom with 2 single beds each equipped with a shower + washbasins, separate toilet and a relaxation area that can accommodate 2 to 4 beds.
Rentals from Sunday to Sunday in July and August.
