Walking distance to downtown, restaurants, and hiking trails. Bedroom has a queen bed. Living room has beautiful views of the channel. Watch bald eagles and boats go by. Nice private porch with views, keurig, Cable TV, and internet included.

My husband and I are both educators. I fell in love in love with Kodiak when I was teaching there and wanted to buy a home I could retire in.
Why they chose this property
I fell in love with the views from the house and the location as we love to hike. You can walk out the front door and walk downtown to have dinner with friends or walk to near island and hike.
