Nice rental of 60 m2 at the thorn. Facing the salt marsh 200 m from the center, 800 m from the beach and 3 km from noirmoutier. Rental with fully equipped kitchen: fridge freezer, gas hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, oven and microwave. Living room with a wood pile, sofa and a flat screen 80 cm plus wifi. Two rooms: one with a bed of 140/200 and another small room with a bed supperpose of 90/200. Toilet. A bathroom with a large Italian shower plus a washing machine. 150 m2 of fenced garden with lawn. Behind, a wooden terrace with garden furniture plus sunbath and barbecue area. 2 bicycles are available. House redone to new January 2016.
