30 NIGHT MINIMUM REQUIRED FOR ALL RESERVATIONS.
MODERN, charming and completely renovated 900 sq. ft. apartment in 1920's bungalow in downtown Napa. Located in the Fuller Park neighborhood of downtown Napa, you'll find cafes, fine dining restaurants, tasting rooms and shops within walking distance. Quick access to Highway 29 which runs the length of Napa Valley. Original wood floors and molding with modern amenities combine for a comfortable stay. Original sash windows fill the space with natural light. Four burner gas stove with oven, SMEG refrigerator, microwave, Kuerig coffeemaker, and dishwasher round out the kitchen. Dining table for four with all utensils, dishes, cookware and kitchen linens provided. Washer, dryer and drying rack located on property. Central air conditioning, heat and room fans. Our office is adjacent to the apartment and you'll sometimes see us around. Owners provide prompt email and text (after booking is complete) responses. Available for 30 NIGHT MINIMUM rental in accordance with city of Napa ordinance. A copy of photo ID for renter is required at the time of booking. EV charging is not allowed.

Amazing host!

This was my third stay. The apartment is charming, spotless and well appointed. Very comfortable. Across the street from Fuller park and a couple of blocks to downtown Napa. Beth and Greg were attentive hosts making sure we have everything we need and so helpful connecting us to local resources. We love it so much we are moving here!

Lovely stay in Napa

We had a wonderful stay in Napa at the cottage! Lovely bungalow, well kept and stocked, very well cared for. Thank you to Beth for all the great communication. It’s a 10 min walk into town with restaurants and river walk. Very much enjoyed ourselves! Would gladly stay again:)

Great Location cute apartment!

Close walk to downtown Napa right next to Fuller park. Apartment was clean and updated. Kitchen was well stocked. Elizabeth and Greg were attentive and kind. I loved it!

Napa Gem

This is a great place to explore Napa and the surrounding area. Walking distance to the city center and restaurants. Close to shopping and easy access to the rest of the valley. It’s very safe and well patrolled. We have stayed there multiple times. The owners are a delight. The layout is great for our family. A+.

Amazing Napa Summer

We rented this property for ten weeks during the summer. It was amazing. Close walk to restaurants and things to do in town. Short drive to wineries and entertainment. Very nice home for our trip. It was just like moving home! Best of all, the owners are amazing. Very supportive and attentive. Now our friends!

THE best place to stay for a perfect visit in Napa

This charming little bungalow apartment is close (easy walking distance!) to everything in downtown Napa, has convenient access to major shopping areas and local highways, is thoughtfully and beautifully furnished and equipped, and is really the perfect home base for an extended stay in Napa. I was working both at home and in our Napa-based office during my stay. It was a perfect size and layout for one working professional, but easily accommodated the addition of a couple of friends for a long weekend visit. The owners are incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful -- they had great recommendations for everything! -- and ensured I had a fantastic visit. I'd absolutely rent this home again if I get to come back to Napa for another extended stay in the future!

The best place to stay in Napa

I´ve spent almost 3 months in this apartment while taking a wine course in Napa, and from the first moment I felt like at home. The place is amazing, brand new, very cozy, with all amenities and lovely decoration. The location couldn't be better, I could walk almost everywhere. Beth and Greg are the perfect hosts always ready to help you. My stay was awesome!!!! Can't wait to come back!!!!

We have lived and worked in Napa for more than 35 years (Greg hails from Southern California and Beth from Missouri) and are former restaurateurs (co-founders of Cole's Chop House and Celadon in downtown Napa). You'll sometimes see us around the property gardening or tending to maintenance. We're always happy to chat!

Why they chose this property

We purchased this 1920's charmer because we love downtown Napa. We live in a nearby neighborhood of beautiful 1930's Devita-built homes. Already a duplex when we bought the property, we created our office in one unit and this ideal Napa Valley vacation rental in the other. We are excited to share our apartment with visitors to Napa Valley!
