Small cabin on Toledo Bend Lake. Couple or single person occupancy only. One bedroom with double bed; living room with DirecTV, kitchenette, bath with large shower, includes covered boathouse with electricity on the water; covered porch. Two boat launches available; right off Hwy 87 at Six Mile Bridge. Very clean; linens, towels, dishes, etc. - all furnished. Weekend and weekly rates. Absolutely No pets - no smoking.

Another great fishing trip!

This is our fishing destination. We have stayed with Carol Ann many times over the last 6 years. It is prefect for a fishing break. The property is very clean. It has everything we need including a golf cart to use. The water is high now but the fishing was very good. We can’t wait to return!!!!

Great Place to Stay

I was heading to fish for the week. Communication from Carol was great, and my stay was very comfortable. I will definitely return here if I need to find a place to stay on Toledo Bend in the future. Also, having a covered place to park the boat on the water overnight made life a whole lot easier. Was able to charge batteries as well.

Perfect place to stay for a weekend tournament.

Me and my husband had a fishing tournament and stayed here for a weekend. The place was easy to find with the directions given and conveniently located a few minutes from the tournament launch at Finn and Feather. It was clean and kept up with very well. The owner was very polite and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed.

Another great stay!

My wife loves to fish and this is our only fishing destination. It is perfect for what we want. The location is extremely peaceful. The cabin is extremely clean. There is good cell phone service there for me to use while watching my wife fish. We can’t wait to go back 😊

Fisherman paradise

Perfect for one person looking to enjoy time on the lake and catch a few fish. Lots of perks. Community launch next door. Boat house, cleaning area under boat shed, lights, water, electricity and extension cords to charge batteries, golf cart to go back and forth to boat shed. Very private. Outside burn pit. Carol is an awesome owner. Responds very quickly to text or phone calls. Willing to help in any way she can. This was my second trip in two years to her property. Looking forward to many more. Very reasonable rate.

Fishing tournament

This property was perfect for our visit to the lake for a high school fish tournament. Cute little quiet cabin on the lake. We will stay again next year!!!

arrived early ,great &friendly people ,got to meet Lisa the dog ,itwas sad to leave her ,storm blew through and knocked out power,had to cut our stay short , but look forward on going back when its not so hot!

Home away from home!

My wife and I just love this property. It is clean, nice and quiet and we can fish all day. The golf cart to use is a great bonus. The price is very affordable and the best part is the fees are so low. Most properties we look at you can just about double the daily price with added on fees of one kind or another. Cute haven

This little cabin was such a cute getaway. Everything was comfortable, and I really appreciated the thoughtfulness that went into providing all the small necessities that you might have forgotten. The use of the golf cart was an added bonus. My husband and I will hopefully be back!

Great place to stay. Very quiet area. Loved the idea we had a place to tie up our boat. Places was clean and super cute. Also the golf cart was an added benefit. Will definitely stay here again

Wonderful get away weekend

I had never used this type of booking for a stay away from home, but I was very satisfied with the whole experience, from booking to leaving. Quiet Place to Relax

Everything was nice except for the cleanliness. Refrigerator has seen better days and has mold around the doors and hasn't had the inside cleaned in some time. It would be nice after a good cleaning, some of pillows were torn and bed was very uncomfortable. Needs some tender loving maintenance.
