Elegantly designed and beautifully decorated, this Old Florida Beach house has quickly become one of our most sought after vacation spots. With 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, Shore-E-Nuff comfortably sleeps 12- 3 kings, 1 queen bunk, 1 twin bunk, and a queen sofa sleeper.

The open living space features a dining table for 8 as well as room for more at the breakfast bar. The TV now offers DVR service as well as access to all sports and special programming. The newly updated kitchen is large and well stocked and will meet every need for the chef of the family. The comfortable living room will become a favorite spot for the family with it's bright, cheery decor and doors that open right onto the screened porch. Make a cup of coffee in the Keurig and enjoy watching the sunrise while listening to the water right from your porch. The gulf is right at your backdoor with your own private beach walk way that brings you right to the sugar white sand. The second floor porch also offers panoramic views right off of the master King bedroom. TV's in all the bedrooms, a complete stereo system, and access to a community pool are just a few of the special touches that will make your stay delightful. The owner has completely stocked the house with lots of extras to provide you with everything you might need! Parking for 4 cars.

Oceanfront Escape

This house was perfect for our family! Right on the beach with chair and umbrella service provided. There was some work being done on the home after a recent storm, and the management service communicated proactively and throughout our stay to ensure we were able to still enjoy our time. The gated community was very quiet. Great escape for our family! Highly recommend Emerald Coast Island Excursions for a boating while you are there!

Great house that felt cozy and fun! Extremely well stocked with everything we could need, private beach access, and lovely neighborhood close to restaurants, grocery, etc. We especially appreciated the abundance of rooms that had queen/king beds; our group was 3 adult couples and one set of kids, so that was a huge plus! (so many of these beach houses are heavily weighted toward the twin/bunk rooms and skimpy on rooms for grown ups!) Many thanks for a great time.

Fantastic vacation!

Our stay at Shore-E-Nuff was all that we had hoped! The house is comfortable and has plenty of room. The views and accessibility are spectacular. Having 2 toddlers and a 9-month-old ~ the ease of being able to come back and forth from the beach was a life-saver! I can definitely see us returning!

Do Not Rent Anytime Soon - Vacation Ruined

First the good, the area is gorgeous and the house is in a perfect location. We arrived on a Sunday and had an amazing day. Monday morning at 7 am the construction crew showed up The houses are on top of each other in the neighborhood, so 4 ft from every bedroom windows the hammering and power tools went from 7 am to 6 pm. He only break they took was when my 14 year old daughter, her friend and my wife walked out in their bathing suites. Then they all stopped and stared and commented to each other. We figured “it’s one day, Monday. It will stop”. Tuesday came same issue. We reached out through the app. 3 hours to get the response. “Hi sorry I’ll let management know”. Nothing, crickets after that. I reached back out with “Hey Miguel, guess upper management didn’t care”. Sometime the next day (possibly later that night) I received a message saying “sorry the listing says rates are discounted due to construction”. That’s it. First of all we did not get a discount, the rate is in line if not a bit more pricey that other similar homes. I suppose this slick move would hold up if I challenged it, but super scummy. I called and talked to Chase, who answered the main phone line and was as worthless as a doorknob. We could not sleep past 7, could not read a book, could not read work. My girls were so uncomfortable that it ruined spring break. Zero compassion Let me be clear. I realize construction happens. Maybe let people know they are literally framing an entire home during spring break. Don’t tell me you don’t know what “stage of construction” the house is in. That’s bs. Also be responsive. We rent high end homes frequently and have never experienced a more pathetic host. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. READ THE YELP REVIEWS FIRST. WISH I WOULD HAVE.

We had an amazing beach vacation. Beautiful, well-maintained, well-equipped, meticulously clean home. Can't beat it having your own private walkway to the beach. Highly recommend.

Easy beach house

Very easy to settle into. They had everything you needed to cook big meals and sit down for dinner as a family. The house was a tad overdecorated (every surface covered with seashells) and the furniture accommodated everyone but made maneuvering around a bit tight. We had 7 people, I wouldn't have more than 8 to be comfortable.

Lovely Vacation

House was exactly as pictured. Very clean and beds were super comfy! Had our own private beach access. Could not believe how stocked the kitchen was. We had one tiny issue with a broken chair - management was there very quickly to take care of it. Would rent this home again.

Shore E Nuff - Not long enough!!

We Loved the place. Everything we could think of that we needed was available. Especially loved the large ice machine. Beds were comfortable. Beautiful beach view. The house was perfect for my family. Unfortunately, it was the week of Hurricane Sally, so we were forced to leave too early in the trip. Hoping of going back to this same place again soon

Perfect house!

We absolutely loved our stay at Shore ENuff! We have stayed all along 30A for over 10 years and this home did not disappoint! The location in a quaint gated community is fantastic on one of the most beautiful stretches of beach all along the coast! The home had a kitchy beachy vibe and the beds were very comfortable. I sincerely appreciated all the "extras" the owner provided and the wonderful welcome tote bag! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need. Many rental properties only have the basics. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home!

Amazing House on the Beach

You can't get any closer to the beach if you tried! This property was beautiful. The house was wonderful and the view was just breath taking. Literally we had our own walk way down to the beach that made it so easy with a family with small children. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen and laundry room was well stocked with the essentials to get you started. I would highly recommend this property to all my family and friends. I would love to bring back my family! The weather was great too!

It was EVERYTHING!!

The house is beyond amazing. Stocked with everything to serve a large group. The beds are a dream. Clean, updated, felt like home. The pool was nice for the kids, the beach was beautiful. Would recommend to anyone.

Excellent Location!

This is our second time staying at Shor-E-Nuf and it is an excellent property for our big group to relax and have fun! The location is perfect and the house setup is great for cooking! We love the direct access to the beach and the views of the Gulf are spectacular! We have already booked Shor-E-Nuf for next summer!

Exceptional stay

This was our second year to stay in Shor-E-Nuf, our 14th stay in Old Florida Beach. It is a warm, homey, exceptionally well appointed house with all the usual amenities plus parking for 4 cars, a screen porch and a private walkway to the beach with a sitting area at the top of the steps . Our young people love the two upstairs balconies. Easy access to lots of local restaurants, a grocery store and beach equipment rentals.

Nice cottage-right on beach-great kitchen.

We would give Shor-E-Nuf a 5 except the code to enter did not work and Rivard Realty left us waiting (after we talked with them) for over 2 hours. We were only able to enter because a nice neighbor called the owner who solved our problem. Great cottage, well equipped kitchen, neighborhood is great. Also good beach access. Nice screened porch.

Great place! Beautiful views and convenient location

Stayed for seven nights over the labor day holiday. Great location. Could not be closer to the beach. Clean and is filled with pots, pans, utensils and beach stuff. Rivard folks easy to work with. Several restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely stay there again.

Love this house

We stay at Shor E Nuf every year. It's a great house that's beautifully maintained. We are a party of 7 and a larger party would be very comfortable in this large house. The beach access is great for our family.

Sure love Shor-E-Nuf

Came here late last summer with my husband and all of our family members. All 14 of us fit comfortably in this home and we couldn't have imagined a better place to stay for our vacation. The private walkway to the beach in addition to the community pool made this home extra special. We will be returning for many years to come!
