Welcome to Sunrise Beach #1506 – your cozy beach retreat!

Our beachfront condo in Panama City Beach was outfitted with great care to be a home away from home, for us as well as our treasured guests. We selected Sunrise Beach unit 1506 because it is very spacious, offers incredible views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico and has the best pools on the beach! This two-bedroom, two-bath beach home has sleeping accommodations for 7. It boasts a spacious living area with a queen sleeper sofa, a Gulf-front master with a king bed, and a second room with a twin-over-full size bunk bed. The oversized balcony is furnished with comfortable deep seating to enjoy the spectacular sunsets and a dining table for morning coffee while the dolphins and stingrays play. Since we spend time here ourselves, we’ve made sure that this condo is decorated and equipped to create the feel of home at the beach, for maximum comfort as a peaceful respite and cozy atmosphere for making family memories. very relaxing

The condo is awesome. We had a problem accessing the beach service the first day and had to pay the guys on the beach. My husband called the contact for the rental and they got that straitened out and we were refunded what we had to pay that first day and had no more problems. Not sure why that happened but if it does happen they will take care of it if you call and let them know. The Webb Family

Loved staying here. Elevators were pretty fast. Unit was clean, could definitely use some new pots and pans. The kitchen was very small. The king bed was super comfy. Loved having the bathtub and shower in the master bath.

Nice little condo

Nice condo, clean. A little small for 4 adults, a couple with adult son and his friend. Kitchen is tight for two people. Minimally equipped kitchen If you plan to cook much. Overall a nice condo, great location, walk to restaurants. Beach service and gym were included which was a plus.

Loved this condo. Very clean and the bed was comfy. Especially loved the balcony furniture. Not the high seating chairs normally at all the condos. These were actual rattan chairs with cushions and so much more comfortable to sit in and watch the ocean. Would definitely rent this again

Great time. Did not use the pool, had to wear provided rainbow wrist band and considering it was gay pride month that isn’t what we wanted to wear. Ocean was beautiful. Not sure who is cleaning this property but we found dirty socks, dust bunnies, etc…

Amazing stay in a comfortable condo

Condo had everything needed for your stay. We enjoyed our long weekend trip with family. Kids loved the pool and easy access to the beach , kitchen was equipped with utensils needed for light cooking and baking. Will be staying here again,, highly recommend to anyone !

Husbands birthday week.

We enjoyed our stay and very thankful for beautiful weather despite what the weather man was telling us. We had a little delay in getting our vehicle registered and received two warnings from security, but front desk couldn’t help, and the communication between me and the condo owner took way too long. I was fearful for a tow or boot because I didn’t bring the vehicle I originally had registered 4 months ago and several days passed before I could get ahold of someone. It was a little bit of a hassle, but the sweetest security officer helped me get the link I needed to get another vehicle registered. The trip overall was one of our favorites.

Beautiful Room 😍

Sunrise is one of our favorite high rises to stay in and room 1506 did not disappoint! The decor was beautiful, everything was updated, and the room was clean and comfortable. There was a minor setback midway through our trip where in an outside contractor accidentally cut into a live water supply line and caused some flooding. The water was contained to the master bath in our room, and it was promptly dealt with. The management company was good about following up as well (and delivering more towels after we’d used ours to soak up the water!). My only complaint is that due to this unforeseen complication we had people in and out of our condo for the remainder of our stay - checking moisture levels in the walls, leaving big machines that made a lot of noise, etc. They were never there long, and they were only there to address the problem that had occurred, but it just stunk to have people popping up randomly throughout the day here and there, sometimes starting before we had fully gotten up. It would have been nice to have received some sort of compensation or even moved to a new room to avoid the intrusion. But up to the point of this happening, our stay was perfect.👌

Somewhat disappointed in this condo from description.

Don’t expect a “real” second bedroom. No closet/chest or space to put anything! Very small and dark. Only closet is in a very nice master but it’s closet has a chest of drawers in it which doesn’t allow much space for hanging clothes. No way is this condo for up to 7 peoples! Kitchen was well stocked but found no pot holders. Elevators were convenient and made it easy to get to the beach. Lovely balcony and views😍

Avoid at costs.

First, if you need help, you will not be receiving any. We were locked out for 2 hours after dark and could not get help. I found the after hours number, and an owner gave me maintenance and housekeeping. Security was especially useless. No one would help, or they couldn't be reached. Additionally, hot water was lukewarm at best and there wasn't much of it. Smart TVs available but you can't cast anything due to their router settings. I had even brought my chromecast which was useless for the same reasons. And I had to pay a locksmith 220 dollars to get us inside so my kids wouldn't have to sleep on the stoop.

February Encounter

The property was good. Overall, we enjoyed our visit. However, the shower stall in the master bathroom was apparently leaking. The people below us reported it, someone came and told us not to use the shower until it was repaired. We made MULTIPLE calls to 3 different people, one of whom promised a plumber would be there on Saturday. NEVER GOT ANY HELP OR REPAIR. We had to pay full price on a condo with a dysfunctional shower stall and NO ONE came to repair!!!

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful time at your condo! We had everything that we needed to enjoy a quiet Thanksgiving week with a beautiful view! We had everything we needed, including a hand mixer and a sound machine to help keep the baby asleep. Our unit was very clean and well-maintained, even with covid-safe disinfectant left for us to use. The master bedroom’s mattress was very comfortable. The balcony had plenty of room to sit and enjoy. The elevators came quickly and we never felt crowded. The only inconvenience (slight) was that you have to use the elevator to switch floors to go from the pool to the beach or vice versa but that really wasn’t a big deal. We will definitely be renting this condo in the future!

#1506 was a great condo. Had great decor and all the cooking utensils we needed. The balcony was our favorite. We spent many hours on the comfy couch and chairs napping and listening to the waves. The beach acess was easy and nice and we could walk to many restaraunts. The BBQ place across the street was excellent! Already planning our next trip!

Great condo with an amazing balcony.

The condo was very clean. The kitchen is nice and well equipped. The beds were comfortable. We loved the balcony and the balcony furniture. The bathrooms were spacious but the water pressure was lacking n the showers but not a deal breaker by any means. Location of the condo was ideal. Restaurants and shops all around within a few minutes (walking). Probably a mile from Pier Park. Walmart was really close which made it easy for groceries. The 2 pools and hot tubs were very nice. We loved getting 2 chairs and an umbrella with the condo. My only negative was the elevators. They might of been the slowest ones we've ever used. At times waiting 20-30 minutes.
