HOME POLICIES:
- Maximum overnight occupancy of 8 is STRICTLY enforced. (El Dorado County Ordinance §5.56.090 A1). Additional $75 per person fine will be assessed if maximum occupancy limit is violated.
- NO SMOKING OR VAPING of any kind in or around the property
- NO PETS allowed
- NO events, parties and large gatherings. (El Dorado County Ordinance §5.56.090 A3)
- Quiet hours and maximum occupancy must be observed between 10pm and 8am.
- No street parking during winter months or at any time snow is on the ground. (El Dorado County Ordinances §5.56.110 and §10.12.170-180)
- Weekly garbage collection is on Monday mornings. Collect all trash and dispose of in the bear-proof garbage box. DO NOT leave any trash outside of the bear box. (El Dorado County Ordinance §8.7.6.100)
- EACH and EVERY violation above may incur a $500 fine, additional cleaning fees and guests may be subject to immediate eviction. Additional $75 per person fine will be assessed if maximum occupancy limit is discovered to be violated.

SOUTH LAKE TAHOE RESTRICTIONS:
- Area rangers strictly enforce all Vacation Rental ordinances (max occupancy, parking, noise violations, camping, etc.) If a citation is received, the guest will be responsible for paying both guest and owner citations, up to $2000.
- Avoid citations by following all community rules as outlined in the rental agreement and observe quiet hours between 10pm to 8am. (El Dorado County Ordinance §5.56.090 A2 and §5.56.120)
- Only park in designated spaces (garage and paved driveway). Vehicles are not allowed on the street during winter months or at any time snow is on the ground to allow for snow removal services. (El Dorado County Ordinances §5.56.110 and §10.12.170-180)
- Camping and/or campfires on the property grounds are strictly prohibited.
