Rivers Edge is located in the heart of the downtown historic district nestled between the Apalachicola River and the Oyster City Brewing Company. Architect Chuck Wright and Builder Salty Dog have created a new building with old time Apalachicola charm.It has a full kitchen and dining area, living room, separate bedroom, and bathroom artfully furnished with antiques throughout. King size bed in bedroom with queen sized comfortable couch in living area. The outside deck faces east where you can enjoy the morning sunrise with coffee. Amenities include free WiFi , Smart TV, full size washer and dryer . Basics such as paper products and laundry soap are included. Daily maid service is not included. Access is by stairwell from Commerce street or via your own private spiral staircase from the back. 2 Night minimum stay, 3 night minimum stay for local events and holidays. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED, this is a non-smoking residence. Check in time is 4:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM.

Great Location

We had a great stay. The location was great and the apartment was clean, spacious and very comfortable. Other family members staying in the area were jealous of our accommodations. Highly recommend.

Fun in Apalachicola

This was our first trip to Apalachicola. This rental unit was amazing! So quaint, clean, spacious for a 1 bedroom and the location was superb! Short walking distance to restaurants, bars, boutiques and shops. Donna was so friendly and readily available. We had no problems whatsoever, but if we had she was right there to help. We want to come back to this rental and enjoy Apalachicola again!

In the heart of it all!

The location was excellent! We walked everywhere in the historic downtown area. The apartment was clean and nicely decorated and the host was very attentive. We would definitely stay here again.

A Wonderful Getaway in Downtown Apalachicola

This was our family’s first time staying in Apalachicola AND our first time staying in a rental vs a hotel! We really enjoyed our stay! We were looking for a place to stay where we could have some beach time and fishing opportunities for my husband and son, but in a smaller town setting. Apalachicola was a perfect fit! The guys were able to do some fishing on the nearby piers in Apalachicola and East Point while I stayed behind and checked out downtown Apalachicola by foot. We spent one day over on St George Island just a short drive away. The beach was unbelievably beautiful! This rental is tucked right in the middle of downtown—restaurants, stores, coffee shops, etc. are just a short walk away. Inside, this rental was clean, tidy, spacious, and nicely decorated. The kitchen was lovely. I really appreciated the washer and dryer as well. Check-in/check-out was smooth and simple. We highly recommend!!

Our trip was absolutely wonderful! River Edge East is a lovely and extremely comfortable apartment that has everything we could have wanted. Donna is a very gracious host and was very easy to communicate with.

Quiet escape

Traveling through Florida on our way to St. Augustine, we always like to stop off in beautiful Apalach for a couple of days. This was a beautiful and peaceful spot!!! Shady upstairs porch with views of the river, it’s a perfect hidden perch to sit and sip. The furnishings are akin to something out of Southern Living and it’s spotlessly clean and modern. I didn’t want to leave.

Fabulous Location!

Loved our stay in this spacious, comfortable apartment. Donna was great, had everything ready for us and made our late night check-in a breeze. We walked everywhere in charming downtown Apalachicola, including just five blocks to a fast charging station for our EV. We’ll make time to come back.
