About 1500 sq ft., this beautiful home features a split bedroom plan for added privacy. A home made for entertaining, the great room plan has kitchen/dining area/living room all overlooking large backyard with tropical plants. Super clean 2 car garage with double parking driveway. Spacious custom paver patio is great for cookouts after a day at the beach. An exclusive residential dock is only 20 steps away for enjoying a cup of coffee and watching the sun rise over the beautiful intercostal waterways.
