Long term or short term rental. Make yourself at home in this well-appointed charming 2-bedroom 1920's bungalow, "La Casita Inn". This (pet/child free) home in Downtown Vancouver is located right off Main St. You will have the home all to yourself. Large Kitchen and full appliances. Primary bedroom has a Queen bed. The second bedroom can be used as a office (single sleeper sofa) and living room has a double sleeper sofa. Sleeps two comfortable and a third person on sofa bed. Three guest total. Washer/dryer. Parking front and back. For your safety, we have security cameras in the front outside and back outside of the house. Bike path to the waterfront right outside the front door and into Portlandia. (Bike rentals available downtown) Enjoy a cup of coffee or pastries at Simply Sweets. Yum! Walking distance to shops and restaurants. New Seasons and Safeway close by. Fort Vancouver 5 min. Bus line located on corner. Vancouver Lake a quick 10 min. Ilani Casino 15 min. 5 fwy nearby. PDX airport and downtown Portland 15 min. Peace Health, Legacy and the Veterans hospitals all within 15 min. You will love this home and the area. The location is tops! (Vacation stays, long term and short-term rental) please note: I will confirm after all bookings( including instant bookings ) that you have read the rules and policies for this pet free and guest over 18 home . Great little place close to downtown

Check in was easy. The house was clean and had plenty of amenities to make the stay pleasant (coffee, shampoo, etc). It's easy walking distance to downtown and the waterfront.

Uptown bliss

This was the perfect property for my stay. It was serene, fully stocked, and in great neighborhood. Bonus is I could walk to downtown, has a bakery next door and nice porches and patios.

Great Home in Uptown Vancouver

What a cute, cozy getaway! This home had everything you could ever need. The hosts were very responsive and had little notes everywhere explaining things-really appreciated that. The location is great, as it’s near Uptown with great restaurants, shops and cafes within walking distance. We definitely will be back.

Great stay

Charming bungalow in a quiet neighborhood. Easy parking access via alley. I could see myself making a home in the lovely spot. Plenty of restaurants with easy parking. The Green Chile burger and fried brussel sprouts at Pacific House were fabulous. Carol's Corver Cafe served up delicious breakfast in massive proportions.

Exploring Vancouver

Property was charming and well maintained, the check in process seamless. The location was amazing and so close to the waterfront and downtown area. It was raining most of my time in Vancouver but the cottage was so relaxing and the surroundings beautiful, I highly recommend this cottage whether you are there for a brief stay or something a bit more lengthy.

Lovely place to stay

Cozy Cottage Stay

We have enjoyed staying in the Casita every year! We enjoy the neighborhood walks, the Simply Sweet bakery across the streat, and the comfort of the cottage. It is exceptionally well supplied for in home cooking and dining which works for us when we invite our son, daugther and granddaughter over for a family dinner during our yearly visits. Out thanks to Lupe and Mike for providing this lovely home and for their outstanding support of their visitors.
