Cozy private basement apartment on North Boulder park
Self contained 2 bedroom (king, queen & single beds) basement apartment with private entry set on North Boulder park for convenient access to downtown, the foothills, and pretty much everything the Boulder area has to offer.
Kitchenette to meet all your needs. Washer/dryer. Dog friendly.
Your own space for a quiet, comfortable and cozy stay.
The 'office' alcove has floor space for a single floor mattress, crib or pack'n'play.
Kid friendly (we have 3 of our own living upstairs)
Pet friendly (NO dangerous dog breeds!)
NO smoking :-)
Street parking plentiful and safe.
Immediate access to the open space of North Boulder park with its playground, event hosting facilities and green space.
Walking distance to Pearl St and the beautiful foothills around Mt Sanitas.
Although technically called a 'wet bar', and not a full kitchen, the facilities available are suitable for meal preparation - essentially all normal kitchen facilities available other than it has a reduced size cooking range/oven - please ask for more details.
Shower/bath, wash basin and toilet all in the bathroom.
Independent forced air heating system.
Streaming TVs and excellent wifi (2.4/5 GHz).
