Quick Trip to the Beach.
Great location, everything you could need for a beach trip location. The exterior could use some TLC, ground floor door is beat up and door handle was barely hanging on ( doesn’t make you feel too secure at night). Looked like past renters just dumped unused charcoal where they wanted. Great place, although if the the above wasn’t there would have been perfect.

Pros - We liked the house and the location. Easy beach access. Con - WIFI for the house was not good. Wouldn't stay connected to any device, including TV"s, and didn't work very good when it was connected. Also, Verizon data was terrible in this location.

Just right!!!
This home is great. Issue with check in with the deadbolt being locked. Took a few minutes to get straightened out but property management came out and unlocked door. Great communication throughout the unlocking process. Home is wonderful and matches description perfectly. Best feature of the home is the location to the public access. With small children this was so convenient. Overall well pleased with the home. Thanks

Excellent, would highly recommend
Something needs to be done about the private beach areas. This is very frustrating and totally unnecessary. I understand beach side homeowners want a place to sit but the area near us that was blocked off-they even had a guard on duty- never saw the owners come to the beach. Or even go out on their front porch. This exclusivity is not good for rentals.

Pretty disappointed
Pretty disappointed. The pictures online are old and need to be updated. There is no longer much of a view from the home. Half of the outdoor furniture was broken. The home needs a serious deep clean. It was extremely dusty. Ants on the counter top and in the coffee maker. The lower level bedroom is musty and dirty. The home has potential but needs some love.

Perfect family spot!
Loved the location and proximity to the beach access, especially with a toddler. The closest access does require wading through waist deep water (at least while we were there in May), but there is a second access a short walk down the street, but that one tends to be more crowded. It should be noted that the amazing views advertised on VRBO are now blocked by a massive house being built in front of this house. Understandably, that property is valuable and development was inevitable, but the pictures should be updated because it was disappointing to see when we arrived. Regardless, we would definitely book again and it was a lovely property.

Quittin time is in a good location! You can see the beach and it's a short walk to beach access. I will say it needs to be updated! The downstairs toilet rocked when you sat on it and leaked. The den furniture is dirty / stained and the mattress / bedding are tired. . It does have a nice kitchen with pretty countertops.

Great trip
We had a great trip. This rental was clean, furnishings were well maintained and no issues with anything. Great access to the beach and the inlet was great for our small children to play in without difficulty. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location, super cute house.
The location is awesome, we walked right to the beach and the kids loved the lake inlet right there. We found great restaurants and seafood markets near us. The kitchen was completely stocked so we were able to cook meals on the property. The house was a little smaller than I thought but the lay out of the house made all of us fit in main living area comfortably. We would absolutely stay here again.

Quittin Time Review
Property was so close to the beach. Had plenty of room and a bonus was the stand alone ice maker to fill coolers. We had a maintenance issue and it was taken care of right away. If you want a nice place near the beach this is it. Only suggestion is owners need to replace bicycles because they were not operable.

Relaxing Thanksgiving
View of beach from 2nd and 3rd story deck, short walk to beach and East Lake made this an excellent location. Fantastic kitchen. Beautiful and functional. Perfect for several people preparing food at the same time. The large dining table made it possible for all of us to eat at the same table. The open floor plan was perfect for all of us to visit together without being crowded. Making the reservation, checking in and checking out was easy. We will use VRBO again.

Great location!
Excellent location with a very short walk to the boardwalk onto the lake and beach. Large kitchen and table for everyone to enjoy. The downstairs basement with the bunk beds and bed was a nice space but very musty smelling. There was a dehumidifier in the basement that we had to empty six or more times a day if not more.

The process for renting was seamless. Location was perfect. View was great. Well stocked home. However, a home is under construction that will be changing the view for the future. Access to the lake and the beach was so amazing.
