LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! This 1947 historic, two-bedroom is exactly that, a 1947 built old school Seagrove Beach cottage. It has been painted and decorated. That’s it. It has the original doors, windows and plumbing. It is a quirky cottage, even the laundry room is located in the garage. The cabinets and appliances were updated in the 80’s – but nothing since then. So, what we are saying here is if you are looking for the new modern beach home, this is not for you. The old look and feel to the structure will touch on all of your senses. If you are looking for the way people used to vacation at the beach, this is for you and Buying Time can’t wait to have you. Can you guess why the owners call it that?!
Downstairs you will find the kitchen, dining area, and living room with a flat screen TV. There is also a bathroom complete with a mudroom perfect for cleaning sandy feet after a long day at the beach. In the afternoon you can open the French doors to the screened-in porch and hear the sound of the waves.
Up the spiral staircase to the second floor, you will find most of the sleeping quarters with three rooms: a queen master, a guest room with 2 full beds, and a bunk nook with a twin bunk bed.
Please be advised there is a studio attached that is rented separately.
