Entire condo completely remodeled and refurnished. This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo has 3 queen beds and a king master suite. Corner, top floor unit with views. Ski-in/Ski-out, covered parking, elevator, hot tub and short 5 minute walk to the Village make this condo ideal for your vacation. Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. Gas BBQ grill on deck that over looks the hot tub. Private ski locker in lobby downstairs (key provided) and coded key less entrances.
From Townsend Place in Beaver Creek it's only a short walk to the Village for shopping, dining, ice skating, art galleries and other family entertainment. To get on the slopes just ski out from the condo down to Elkhorn Lift (Chair 14). Ski village to village between Beaver Creek Village, Bachelor Gulch and Arrowhead Village. Ski back to Townsend Place by going over the Skier Bridge near the bottom of Strawberry Park Express. There is a free "Dial-a-Ride" door to door shuttle service available to take you anywhere within Beaver Creek. You can also use the "Village Connect" app for the free door to door service (it works like Uber but it is free). The exit cleaning fee is $225. Combination is provided for the building and condo front door. Minimum stay is 3 to 7 nights.
There is free covered parking provided for one vehicle in the parking garage below the building, additional vehicles can park for $10 per day in the "Bear Lot" located outside the Beaver Creek gates.
Only reservations from the United States will be accepted.
This is a no smoking condo, no smoking of any kind, this includes the deck.
Pets and animals of any kind are not allowed in the condo.

Great location, nice kitchen, nice beds, bedrooms and great showers. Very nice hot tub, short walk to village very convenient. Only downside fireplace not wood burning or gas just electric. The great room struggled to get to 70 degrees had to use two space heaters to help but bedrooms and bathrooms were warm. Host is very nice.
This rental property turned out to be exactly what we were looking for. Easy ski-in, ski-out. Short and scenic walk to the Beaver Creek Village stores and dining. Clean, comfortable, spacious and well-equipped condominium was perfect for our family of four plus a friend. Communication with property manager was always timely and relevant. 10 out of 10 review score.
My friends and I rented this amazing property for 5 days of skiing and absolutely loved it.Joy, the host, was very accommodating. She contacted me well ahead of time with necessary instructions and allowed us to check in early.The property was extremely clean and well appointed. The mattresses, pillows, and linens were very comfortable. The showers were hot and powerful. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessities. And the DVD selection was surprisingly killer.We will surely stay here again in the future.

My family of four stayed here for a summer trip. It was our first time to Beaver Creek and we loved our time here. The property is in a great location. It's a very short walk to restaurants and the center of the ski village. There were multiple summer activities for kids and we enjoyed the hot tub every night. The property had everything we needed during our stay. It's also located right near the ski lifts so we are planning to come back one winter and try out the slopes. We had such a nice time staying here! Our boys and we loved the proximity to the mountain, restaurants, hot tub and playset. The layout was ideal for our family and the kitchen and bathrooms were so well stocked with everything we could need! Thank you for the opportunity to stay here!
We really enjoyed our stay here in July! We were very impressed with all the amenities that were included in the unit. There was also plenty of room for our family of 6. Beds and furniture were very comfortable. Plus, it is a super easy walk out the back to Beaver Creek Village. Only recommendation I have is to add a couple of comfortable chairs to the deck. We would definitely recommend this unit to others and would stay here again.
This is an exceptional property for a family- upstairs for kids, spacious living and kitchen and dining, and in walking distance to BC Village. Can't wait to stay there again!
My family and I had such a great time here at Beaver Creek. The condo was in a perfect location to the village. It was a very easy walk to the village shops and restaurants and easy short ski to Elkhorn lift. The layout and size of the condo was just right for our family. We will for sure try to reserve this condo next year back to Beaver Creek. What a great experience!

We really enjoyed our stay in beaver creek at this property. Joy, was a pleasure to work with, and was very accommodating and communicative. The unit was fantastic and just what we needed. Very close to Beaver Creek Village, short, walk, and very close access to all the hiking trails. I couldn’t imagine a more perfect condo if you want to get away to Beavercreek. I’ll definitely stay here again!

This property was everything advertised. Renovated and nicely appointed with highly communicative owner. Perfect location just a very short walk to the center of the village. Great parking beneath the building. The climb to the apartment because there is currently no elevator was easy.
We had a wonderful stay in Beaver Creek! Our group loved being able to ski in/ski out - Elkhorn lift is so close! And a short walk to village. The location is ideal! The condo had plenty of space for our group of 8, however it is cozy for sleeping. We loved using the hot tub apres ski and kitchen was well appointed for our breakfasts. Joy was very communicative and lovely to work with! We highly recommend this condo for your next visit to Beaver Creek!

This condo is excellent - it is truly ski in / ski out and a very short (beautiful) walk to the village along the snow covered lighted walking trail. Exceptional location, well appointed kitchen, very comfy living areas. Great for a family with teens, second floor is theirs and they will love it. Our summer trip was as expected, perfect. Seamless communication with Joy the property owner, everything is as described. Easy walk to the village, love the nature path by the creek. There are picnic areas nested into the trees. The building itself was very quiet, parking was easy and the elevator made luggage transport simple. Beaver Creek is our Colorado paradise and this rental checks all boxes. Highly recommend!
This condo was great. It was just a short walk to the Village. You could ski right back to the condo; however the Elkhorn Lift never opened so you we never had the “ski-out” option. The condo was equipped with everything we needed and the owner was awesome with communicating all details to us. We also loved the hot tub and that you could look out the window before we went to make sure it was not crowded. I would definitely recommend this rental.
My family (4 adults) loves Beaver Creek in the summer. We had never stayed at Townsend Place, but decided to try after seeing the high reviews of the condo on VRBO. The condo did not disappoint - it was spacious, well appointed, and attention to detail given to whatever needs the guests might have. The condo was extremely clean and was filled with extras (towels, bedding, toiletries, etc). The location was a short walking distance from Beaver Creek Village. Hiking, tennis, restaurants and 4th of July concert music, along with the condo made it a perfect getaway. The condo owner was quick to respond to inquiries and very professional. The only negative was the building elevator being out of commission, but in the current environment, it is understandable it takes extra time to fix. Thanks again.
Our family has been coming to Beaver Creek for years, and we always enjoy our time whether summer or winter. With the state of the world today, we needed some family time in a safe and comfortable environment. Beaver Creek is perfect for this.
We originally planned to stay at this property for a very short stay. But, due to the pandemic, we cancelled another stay at another property and combined the stays for a full week here. The owner of the property was very accommodating and left a nice message at the property for us.
The unit is very nice and in a smaller quieter building that is very close to everything. It has everything that you need and easy access parking. We did not want to spend time with groups of people, so we made special dinners every evening. The home has a nice barbecue, and the owner left two tanks of gas for our stay. Our barbecues added to a very special visit for our family.
With the crazy world we are living in today, it is great to work with nice people and spend time with family and friends. Our trip was perfect. Thank you! We'll be back.
One more thing - three of us worked from the unit, and this included several video calls. We did not experience any issues with the internet.
We agreed to rent the condo with no pets. It’s a great location and a nice condo except we didn’t clearly understand the second floor was accessed only by a narrow spiral staircase.
Our friend’s daughter goes to college in Colorado. As planned she joined us. Unbeknownst to me her friend came the next day and brought his service dog (not a pet per VRBO policy). I asked Joy if the dog could stay for one night. She said no. I told the service animal owner the answer was “no.” Unfortunately I was skiing and then found out the service dog was already in the condo; and some damage was done to a door and a carpet upstairs. This was not my intent or plan. The landlord’s texts have been filled with inaccurate accusations and have been extremely emotional and unprofessional. I apologized for the situation and asked her for the cost to fix the damage; for which we are willing to pay. The landlord has suggested she cannot rent the property, which is absurd. She has also said she can’t get contractors to fix the door and carpet until the ski season is over; which will be shortly.
So, Ok. Let me know the cost to repair the damage and we will cover it. What I don’t want is to be berated by a landlord who is not following VRBO policy as to service animals (not pets) and who continues to berate me after I acknowledged the damage and agreed to pay the cost to repair said damage.
We booked this condo in February to stay during a company meeting. However the meeting was cancelled in March due to Covid and the owner refused to work with me at all on cancelling. Typically the ‘no refund’ policy would make sense and we rent Homes like this a lot but these are extraordinary times where there should be some discretion. After two email requests early on, she quit responding until it was close to the checkin and we were fully paid. The condo ended being booked most of not all of July and August and she most likely could have rebooked it. So communication and manager/owner cooperation was lacking.
The condo itself was nice and mostly comfortable with a good location. While there, the wifi was very spotty making work from the condo difficult. They don’t have a dedicated wifi but use the HOA wifi which doesn’t seem to have enough bandwidth with even the probably 25% occupancy in the condos. This is a problem in today’s world where we need connectivity. At the price point of the condo, I would expect much better.
Finally the third bedroom is really an office size and when the door is closed, it gets no air circulation. There were tabletop fans provided in each room but no ceiling fans and no window in that room, making it stuffy and warm over night.
I would say I would rent again if not for the inflexibility of the host and the wifi. If those can be solved then this is a great place for a summer vacation.

We are skiers - Epic Pass holders (for many years) that live in Orange County, California and purchased the condo in 2018. Prior to owning this condo we rented at just about every place you can think of in the Beaver Creek area.
Why they chose this property
The Townsend Place condos are in a great location to ski in/ski out at Beaver Creek, plus it's a very short walk to the Village for shopping, restaurants, ice skating and the Vilar Performing Arts Center. We traveled to Beaver Creek for many ski trips for many years before deciding to buy at Townsend Place.
What makes this property unique
One of the reasons we chose this condo is because it's on the top floor of the condo building so, there will never be ski boots clomping around very loudly above us! This is something we encountered quite often as renters at a lot of ski resorts. This condo also over looks the hot tub and looks out towards Creekside Park. It's a corner unit so there are lots of windows looking out at very large evergreens, aspens and pine trees.
