Newly remodeled, centrally located Keys cottage on a DIRECT CHANNEL to open water, three lots away from the ocean . Has all you need for your perfect vacation: equiped kitchen, coffee maker, linnens, towels, smart TV with Netflix. All new furniture and appliances, washer and dryer. Plenty of parking for your boat trailer and vehicles.
Close to Publix for your groceries, Walgreens, gas station and all the restaurants in the island.
Less than 4 miles to Sombrero Beach. The beach has picnic pavilions, a children’s playground, volleyball court, restrooms, and showers. The sandy strip is perfect for sunbathing, snorkeling and fishing in the shallow water.

Keys vacation

This is our 2nd year returning to this property and it didn't disappoint. The host is always very responsive and resolves any issues immediately. We can't wait to return again next year!

Perfect Little Place

My husband and I just stayed a week at this adorable place. Last year we stayed next door and its the exact same mirrored layout and furniture. Booking was very simple. We saw some tarpon and mangrove out back in the canal, the pool was perfect for cooling down every day, and the covered porch is perfect for relaxing. Loved how it was decorated, very cute. Check out Sweet Savanah's just a short walk or bike ride up the street. Best key lime cookies and great ice cream. Bayshore Clothing is right next door and one of my favorite stores. We will definitely stay here again.

Great vacation rental!

We have visited the Florida Keys many times over the years and we liked everything about this rental. Anything you would need for vacation is here. Nice decor, nice location. Our host Laz contacted us early on the day of our arrival, so we had his number during our stay if we needed anything.. Awesome!

Wonderful duplex

House was great! Owners were great. Property just as pictured. House is near a lot of restaurants and entertainment. Quite neighborhood. Will definitely stay again if we come back to the area.

A piece of paradise!

We are many time repeat bookers! The management is always helpful (excellent),the location is perfect, many many attractions to visit, dolphin research center, aquarium, turtle hospital to name a few. The restaurants in the area are very good, but the location makes it easier to go in either direction to investigate more places. The place itself is is very well maintained and comfortable. You will not go wrong by choosing this property enjoy!

I would stay at property again but there are things to be addressed. The property is in a good location and is relatively well stocked with nice amenities. I would suggest a better cleaning service for the fees that are charged and a new set of sheets that fit better and actually stay on the bed.

Lovely Stay

We had a lovely trip. This home has so many positives but the best part for our family was the back porch. It was spectacular to stay in the back enclosed area rain or shine. We are so happy with this property and I would book it again… we are planning our next visit.

Great location!

We really enjoyed our stay! The location is perfect because it is on a quiet street and quiet canal. Plus, being able to walk to shops and ice cream was great. It is a quick kayak trip to the ocean, which is just beautiful! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook Thanksgiving dinner. We mainly stayed outside on the dock and covered porch, which is wonderful! Bed was comfy. If you had 4 adults, it may be a little tight. For us it was two adults and two children and it was fine.

Perfect little getaway

This duplex was the perfect size for the 2 of us. The bed was comfortable and the unit was clean. It had everything we needed and more. We were able to use the bicycles but did not find time to use the pool or kayak. The screened in porch was wonderful in the evenings. Also the location was ideal for us since it was close to stores and restaurants. Added plus was the little walk to the ice cream shop. Laz was easy to communicate with and addressed any questions we had. Thank you again!

Great place and quick access to Atlantic

Had a great experience. The place was as pictured and had more ammenties, particulary kitchen equipment. Modern, but not fancy, beach life style decor. We spent all of our house time in the enclosed back patio. Great to just dim down the lights, have some drinks, and enjoy the company. Didn't think I'd use the pool, but twice it was a nice treat to cool off. If you bring a boat- the dock area and canal are fantastic. Canal is clean and is virtually a 150' drive to Atlantic. Canal is 5-6 deep', is wide, has dredged entrance, and is marked with pvc markers. Dock has proper cleats and has new, quality rub guards on pilings that were clean. Hose access and cleaning table right there. Perfect place for the boater.The wife and I consider this a great find.

Wonderful stay

My wife and I decided to try Marathon for a week of fishing and relaxing. This rental had everything we needed. From boat dockage to a pool for relaxing. We were so pleased we have already inquired about booking for next year!

Beautifully decorated and relaxing stay!

We loved our stay here. The house was stocked with all our needs and then some. It was perfect setting for my husband and I. The underwater dock light is a nice touch! The neighbors were an added bonus! We hope to be coming back next year!

Little slice of paradise

This is our second time staying at this property. The location is great and we have enjoyed our stays both times. Our only complaints would be that the front living room space gets warm quickly when cooking and with the afternoon sun and possibly hanging black out curtains and adding a stand up oscillating fan may help cool it down quicker.

Exceeded expectations

Before booking I had read the reviews and they were good but when we arrived it definitely exceeded our expectations. The place was clean, easy to park our truck and trailer, good canal and and dock for our boat. Our kids enjoyed the pool, paddle board and kayak. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Place

We had a great time at this property. Everything was as described and was a great location to explore the Keys. We enjoyed the pool, the kayaks, and late snacks on the screened in patio after a day in the Keys.
