Magnifique

Une vrai belle surprise cette villa. Terrasse superbe et vu magnifique. La cuisine un peu décalée donne directement sur la terrasse, c'est top et il ne manque rien. Accueil très sympathique. Je recommande fortement. Bars du Carbet sur la plage.. Whaoo

Charming house with beautiful views

Property was exactly as described, charming, beautiful views of the mountains and the sea and sunset, just a mile drive from beautiful beaches. Great place from which to explore northern Martinique.

Le sens pratique

On a très vite compris qu'Annie a un sens pratique des choses; rien ne manque, tout est indique, les choses sont a la bonne place. Le logement en lui même est vraiment top, au calme; superbe vue sur les carbets ainsi que la mer. Bonne literie. Bien place pour explorer le nord de l'ile. Je recommande vivement

Superbe maison créole confortable et très bien équipée, vue montagne et mer, à 5 mn du Carbet

Jolie maison créole typique, grande terrasse, très propre, bien rangée et très bien équipée. 5 mn en voiture du Carbet. Emplacement idéal vue mer et montagne.

Familienurlaub Dezember 2021

Wir haben im Dezember 2021 für 12 Nächte mit 5 Personen (2 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder (13/10/5) Urlaub gemacht. Uns hat die Unterkunft und die Lage sehr gut gefallen. Begrüßung und Übergabe sowie die Kommunikation vor der Reise war super. Highlight sind die Terrasse und Garten mit Blick auf die Berge nach Süd-Westen, und Blick aufs Meer nach Süd-Osten mit tollen Sonnenuntergängen und Sternenhimmel. In Le Carbet gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt, Fischmarkt ein paar Restaurants und Strandbars. Den Strand fanden wir auch prima, nicht so malerisch wie viele Strände und Buchten an der Süd-Westküste dafür ist aber viel weniger los. Bis zum Diamant-Strand, Anse Dufour oder Grande Anse d'Arlet fährt man eine Stunde, zum Zoo 10 Minuten, zum Jardin, den Wasserfällen und Flughafen ca. 35 Minuten. Von Case-Pilote (15 Minuten) haben wir eine Tages-Segeltour gemacht. Le Carbet und die Nachbarorte sind nicht so touristisch wie der Süden, was uns als Home-base sehr gut gefallen hat. Die Unterkunft wie auch die Insel haben uns sehr viel Spass und Freude bereitet. Wir kommen gerne nochmal wieder :).

Tranquillité dans un très bel environnement

Maison très agréable dans un environnement tranquille. Le logement est très bien étudié pour loger 6 personnes et d'une propreté exemplaire. La terrasse avec vue sur la mer et le piton est très agréable. On y serait bien resté!

Villa très agréable sur les hauts du Carbet avec très belle terrsse

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette jolie villa, parfaitement équipée et entretenue, profité de la terrasse avec vue mer (partielle car nouvelle maison depuis la photo). Emplacement parfait pour découvrir la côte ouest et le centre, entre plages et montagne. Plage du carbet très agréable et accessible en 5 minutes.

Nouvelle année au soleil

La villa était parfaitement conforme à la description avec une grande terrasse et une très belle vue sur la mer, des chambres spacieuses, le tout en parfait état. Tous les équipements et ustensiles nécessaires sont disponibles. Seul petit désagrément : l'absence d'eau à notre arrivée le soir (elle n'est revenue le lendemain qu'à midi) mais la propriétaire a fait le nécessaire. Un remerciement aussi à V. Lamy pour sa disponibilité et qui nous a donné toutes les informations nécessaires pour passer un excellent séjour.

ravissante maison créole

tout a fait enchantés puisque nous avons trouvé là exactement ce que nous recherchions emplacement au calme,plaisir des petits déjeuners sur cette grande terrasse dominant la mer, déco juste sobre et élégante

Superbe location

très belle villa avec tout le confort nécessaire, très bien placée (à peine 5 minutes pour aller à la magnifique plage du Carbet). Belle vue de la terrasse, qui est très agréable pour les repas. En bref, un super séjour !

Très belle villa bien équipée.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette très jolie villa, parfaitement bien équipée, propre et très confortable. La vue est superbe et l'environnement calme. L' accès à la maison par la route est très facile. La plage de sable est agréable, il y a une très bonne boulangerie sur place et un petit marché à St-Pierre où nous avons pu acheté des fruits et légumes des petits producteurs ainsi que du poisson frais. Aucun souci pour la remise des clés à l'arrivée comme au départ. Les propriétaires bien que n'étant pas sur place, nous ont tout expliqué avant et tout s'est très bien passé. Nous garderons un très bon souvenir de nos vacances et recommandons fortement cette location.
