Super zentraler Aufenthalt
Das Appartement liegt in sehr zentraler Lage in der Fußgängerzone. Von dem sehr freundlichen Vermieter bekommt man einen QR-Code, mit dem man mit dem Auto den Bereich trotzdem befahren kann. Zu der Wohnung gehört ein kühler Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage, was in Arcachon ein großer Vorteil ist. Die Einfahrt in die Tiefgarage ist jedoch nichts für sehr große Autos oder Fahranfänger 😉. Zum Strand sind es nur ca. 1 Minute. Küchengeräte sind alle vorhanden. Alles bestens!

Super Lage
Eine Ferienwohnung, nur ein paar Schritte von der Strandpromenande und dem Strand entfernt. Bäckerei und Restaurants direkt um die Ecke. Eine bessere Lage geht kaum. Das Bad mit der großen Dusche ist sehr sauber und neu. Toll ist auch der großzügige Balkon mit Sitzmöglichkeiten usw.

Séjour gâché par des travaux très bruyants dans l'appartement du dessous et ce du mardi au vendredi. La résidence avait une réputation de calme et l'attrait principal de l'appartement était sa terrasse dont nous n'avons que très peu profité...

De très bonnes vacances !
Très bon emplacement, près des restaurants, commerces, du marché, de la plage… Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement très bien équipé. Nous avons garé notre voiture dans le parking privé de la propriété et avons tout fait à pied, à vélo, en bateau (avec les vélos) pour aller au Cap Ferret, en train (avec les vélos) pour visiter Bordeaux.

Emplacement idéal pour faire tout à pieds, commerces, marché, plage, sorties le soir sur front de mer...La voiture reste au frais dans le parking. Revers de la médaille, un peu bruyant. Avons apprécié la fraîcheur de l'appartement et tout particulièrement celle du balcon malgré les grosses chaleurs ressenties au dehors. Seul point négatif concernant l'appartement, le canapé lit qui grince, difficile d'y dormir à deux, impossible de bouger sans réveiller l'autre, dommage. Sinon, 3 semaines de ciel bleu et de grand soleil, parfait...

très bon séjour
L'appartement correspond très bien au descriptif, bien équipé. Tout est à proximité. Plage ,commerces, marché, casino, gare, location de vélos, restaurants... Appartement bien agencé et frais (nous avons apprécié durant la canicule, car pas de clim ni ventilateur) . Seule remarque , le garage difficile d'accès pour une grande voiture (bien savoir manœuvrer) néanmoins indispensable dans une ville ou le stationnement est difficile et payant. Merci aux hôtes pour leur accueil et les petites attentions à l'arrivée.
