About this property

This cozy cottage is only a short 2 minute walk to our beautiful private community lake. The lake features plenty of picnic tables and BBQ grills. It also has a kids playground, covered pavilion, and restrooms, all down by the lake. Did I mention it also has a small sandy beach? Yaay! The cottage is ready for your enjoyment with huge front deck, fire pit, and horseshoe pits. There's also a fenced in back yard for your pets.
Guests will have access to the entire house and yard, as well as the private lake access.
We keep the home on a lock box, so once you book, we will send you the access code.
We have supplied basic kitchen necessities, as well as basic restroom items. All mattresses are covered with fully encapsulated bed covers, and all linens are washed between guests for your peace of mind.

The property was very nice. The house was emaculate.

We have several wonderful things to say about our stay at the Arrowhead property. The owners were very nice and accommodating, and responsive when we had questions prior to our stay. The house was so nice and had everything we needed or could ask for. The beds were all brand new and very comfortable and the bedding was extremely nice, much more than we expected. They had everything you would need from a fully equipped kitchen to the laundry and dishwashing detergent. This was our 1st stay using a VRBO and we were very pleased and they have set the bar very high. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for the comforts of home.

Hello everyone, I'm Ryan! My dream is to start a camp/farmstead with my awesome friends and family. My plan is to have a place where the focus is connecting with your loved ones, building community, raising our own animals, growing our own food....intentional living!! You should join me! I want a place the embodies peace and tranquility. I want to create an environment where it's easy to get back to the basics and spend quality time with those you care about most.
As far as myself, I spent 11 years in the military, then I opened a CrossFit gym and ran that for about 7 years. After I sold the gym, I moved to Canada and lived in my van for about a year studying mountaineering. Then I was a professional firefighter for about 5 years! Haha. And now I just live to live and create unique experiences for people. I hope you enjoy our space and keep checking back often because we will continue to make the camp more and more awesome!! I believe the secret to being happy in this life is by sharing it with others. I believe in experiences over possessions, travel, meet people, share your light with the world!
