Great Home in a Beautiful Neighborhood

The property manager was more than helpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was very happy with the location.
I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

PROS: house is modern, cozy, very clean. Location is perfect and neighborhood is beautiful. Loved the neighborhood lake access!! We visited during our wedding week...CONS: Check in is at 4pm but the office closes at 5pm. At 4pm, our check-in code didn't work. Called the office and they opened the door from their system, and had to change the code for us. We spent 45 minutes unpacking and organizing wedding stuff, and finally tried our new code. It didn't work. We barely had enough time to go to the office to see what was wrong. They ended up changing the code again. We went back to the house and it STILL did not work. Now it's after 5pm so we had to call the after-hours # to come over and help. Then we wondered why it was so hot in the house...found out the AC was not working and the entire week was between 100-107 degrees. Had to call after-hours # AGAIN, they brought us portable ACs and a fan. This is listed as a 10-person home, but that evening we discovered we only had 3 bath towels and 2 pool towels (listing says 12 pool towels will be stocked). Had to make a trip to the office again in the morning to pick up the ~20 extra towels that should have been there. I would not recommend staying here with 10 people. One of the rooms shown as a sleeping space is actually an open living area. Parking...overflow lot is not in walking distance. Don't assume you can park in the spots where the pictures show cars by the garage. The area above the garage is not part of the rental.
