Renovated country house of 110m2 and well equipped. In Lot et Garonne, 1h15 from Bordeaux and 10 minutes from Casteljaloux is the ideal place for a holiday with family or friends.
Private garden of 7000 m2 and heated swimming pool with salted water (10 x 4) with a constant depth of 1.50 meters secured by an alarm. It requires no maintenance.
Three bedrooms, a living-dining room, a kitchen, a bathroom, a toilet, a large covered terrace and a second facing south.
Two hammocks and eight chairs are available as well as table tennis, soccer cages, bowling balls, Mölkky, badminton, board games ... will be available during your stay.
Possibility to provide an umbrella bed and baby high chair.
Possibility to provide the linen at extra charge.
Quiet, no neighbors nearby. Shops of first necessity in the village (grocery store, bread store, futures, post office).
During the summer, you can enjoy the many activities offered in this dynamic region: markets, boat hire for trips on the Garonne canal, terms of Casteljaloux, casino, golf, tree climbing, visits to villages and houses ( daytime and evening routine for children) ....
