About this property

Gorgeously decorated, wonderfully located condo in the heart of the White Mountains! Hike out the front doors. Ski home from Loon Mountain (take the convenient on-demand shuttle to the mountain). Walk to town. Located in South Peak, Loon's premiere condo development with only 32 units in total, this condo offers everything you'll need for a winter/spring/summer/fall getaway including high-end finishes, tempurpedic mattresses, massage chair, fire pit and hot tub (for use by condo association). After a long day of skiing, hiking or lounging by the river, you can relax in the large open kitchen/ dining/ living room with huge, custom sectional sofa, vaulted ceilings and gas fireplace.

This unit features 3 bedrooms: the bunk room includes two bunk beds with four twin beds in total; the guest room has a queen bed and the master bedroom has a queen bed and en suite bathroom. The living room sofa has a queen sleeper sofa with an inflatable mattress which is much more comfortable than traditional sleeper sofas. There are two bathrooms: the master bathroom has a separate, spacious stall shower and soaking tub and double vanity sinks. The other bathroom has a combination shower/ tub with sliding doors. All towels, linens, kitchen equipment are included. Unit also has wifi, air conditioning, and apple tv - you can login to your own accounts or use our netflix/ apple/ amazon prime accounts. We also have a dvd player with a selection of favorite movies.

Lovely spacious mountain condo

Enjoyed our stay in this great location! It was very comfortable! Our host was great and answered us right away when we had questions. Unfortunately the hot tub advertised was not in working order but this was not in our host’s control. She graciously offered an alternative. The kitchen was not well equipped but was adequate. We cooked a lot for ourselves as we wanted to have some good family meals together and not have to wait for seats in the crowded local restaurants! I would rent this place again and hope that these couple of things can be resolved. Overall a very good experience!

Great location. AC in the summer is perfect. Great amenities and well kept. Good location to everything and river for tubing. Kitchen is so helpful with limited food options due to covid.

Relax and enjoy beautiful New Hampshire

Very nice and clean condo. Very convenient location for hikes and drives. Hostess provided lots of great information - we mostly ate out at her recommended places (all great!) but the condo was well supplied for the couple of meals we cooked. Our stay was so comfortable! Thanks.

Perfect Loon weekend

I didn't realize when booking that there is a shuttle between the condo and the ski resort. It made the weekend a breeze! The condo was perfect for us (adults and a few teens) - big kitchen, great living room, just what we needed. The owner was very communicative and helpful. Can't wait to rent again!

The best!

Stayed here with 4 adults and 4 kids ages 6 and under in Feb 2020. It had everything we could need! Getting to/from the mtn was so easy by either skiing down Escape Route or calling Zach the shuttle driver who would arrive in minutes (we were the only ones on the bus and windows were all cracked) . The hot tub was open and available, it’s a short walk to town with food for takeout and great hiking along the river. It felt like everything was right outside our door! The house was well appointed and family friendl. Shannon, the owner, was so kind and flexible. We can’t wait to come back.

Immaculate Ski Condo

We had a wonderful long weekend here. End unit with very pretty views and it’s the top floor of a condo (quiet). The owner was very responsive when we texted and she let us stay an extra night because we didn’t get there on the booked arrival date. How awesome was that? Master bedroom / bathroom is beautiful. Shuttle was on demand... this is not really a ski-in ski out but it’s very close to the mountain.

Beautiful Open Concept Condo at South Peak

Beautifully designed and finished 3 bed 2 bath open concept floor plan conveniently located 1 minute drive to Loon's South Peak. Ideal location allows you to avoid the lines at the main lodge and hop right on the mountain practically within walking distance. Condo association offers amenities such as a large hot tub, wood fire pit with Adirondack chairs, walking trails with river views, along with parking. The unit is good sized but still very cozy with a huge couch, gas fireplace, smart TV, large dining table, and an impressive master bedroom with an oversized ensuite bathroom. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back!

Incredible Weekend

We had an incredible weekend. Excellent location for leaf peeping and spending quality time with family. Right at the base of loon and seconds from Downtown Lincoln. The condo was immaculate and we had plenty of space. The highlight was a late night thunderstorm that we got to watch from the giant windows! Thank you so much.

Fantastic location- beautiful, spacious condo

This condo was perfectly located on the river, with a short walk to restaurants and stores. It was well stocked and spacious. Loved the open floor plan and open kitchen/living room. Host is very nice and responsive. Would recommend to family and friends and definitely plan on returning!

Summer Vacation

Beautiful property with great value. Within walking distance of nearly everything in Lincoln and the river is literally just outside the backyard. We especially appreciated all of the towels and bedding being supplied - not to mentioned the fully stocked kitchen. We had 5 adults but the property could easily sleep 8-10. Would highly recommend a stay here any time of year.

Great, cozy condo

We had a great experience at this location. We loved the interior design, and it felt cozy and aesthetically pleasing. We also really enjoyed the massage chair, especially after the hikes that were nearby. We also enjoyed the stream that was nearby. The only thing that could have been better was the lighting in the bedrooms. There were only lamps and no overhead lighting. Everything else was perfect. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend to others.

Perfect Stay.

We rented the condo with another couple for two nights and had a wonderful stay. The space is beautiful and Shannon was great, answering any questions I had very promptly. I recommend this property, it was everything we could have asked for (and we will miss the massage chair!)

Highly recommend

The owner was excellent to work with. Communication was great, very accomodating and responsive. Would highly recommend. The 3 bedrooms ( 2 doubles and one with 4 bunkbeds) and 2 bathrooms and huge sofa was ample space for our party of 8. We enjoyed the outdoor hot tub and firepit and walked to Gypsy kitchen and Thai and breakfast restaurants. Was a quick 5 minute ride or shuttle to Loon.
