Newly renovated 1000 sqft studio home less than 3 miles from Notre Dame campus. This is a separate home on our 2 acre property. We can sleep 6 easily. Since this is a 2 acre lot we have plenty of space for parking cars and RV's. This house is exactly a 10 minute drive to Notre Dame. It is also one minute away from University Park Mall shopping and tons of dining, bars, and nightlife.

Easy and accommodating

Stayed for the weekend with my family. We brought a few air mattresses and there was plenty of space. The owner was very accommodating.

Nice spot

The space was updated and comfortable with lots of amenities - snacks, coffee, water - and a quiet location. Easy access to ND for football. The hosts made it easy and we enjoyed our stay.

Weekend stay review

Nice property, would recommend a paved path to get to the front door from parking. The hidden driveway was hard to find and overgrowth of trees could have potential to scratch vehicles. Bathroom didn’t seem cleaned, hairs on the floor and in shower. Would recommend adding that you have dogs on the property for those that are terrified of dogs or allergic; bedding had small dog hairs on sheets. Property location was fine and nice in a secluded area.

Great Stay for ND-USC

A group of us booked the property for this past weekend's game. It's a pure open floor plan, so it worked out great for everyone bringing air mattresses and such to spread out. The place was a bit difficult to find, but a quick call to the property owners and they were very helpful. Easy, quick drive to campus. Everything was super clean, and extra amenities (pillows, blankets, snacks) were there at the ready. Only criticism is some overgrown evergreens along the hidden drive can potentially scratch the paint of a larger vehicle. Would book and stay again.

ND getaway

Brandon was super easy and friendly. The studio is newly refurbished, clean, and has a large secluded yard. You feel like you're at secluded cabin but only an 8 minute drive from ND. Brandon even left some juice, coffee, muffins and bars for us as a convenience. Only one true bed + a nice futon on which to sleep but plenty of clean floor space so we brought in inflatable mattresses. Highly recommended!
