Extended stay in AZ!

Alyssa was wonderful throughout the booking! Communicative, flexible & easy to work with! The villa had everything we needed. The location was great & the neighbors at Pickleball were so nice! The development Esperanza Estates is very welcoming & social. They have a website to the activities hosted in the development! Villa could use some updates (ie, dishwasher). We would recommend at this villa for location & community environment!

Wonderful stay in Green Valley

We loved our stay in Alyssa’s townhome. It was even better than described. The kitchen was well stocked, even include a bread pan which was a pleasant surprise. There were two patios which I hadn’t expected. Jeanette the property manager was very responsive to any question or request we had. The king bed in the MBR was comfortable, and this neighborhood was very safe. We used the community pool and hot tub several times, and they were only two blocks away from our townhome. We would definitely stay here again!

Very pleasant experience

Very impressed with the property and the property manager. The house was well stocked with every thing we needed. When we contacted the property manager with any questions or concerns they were answered and taken care of very promptly .

Two Month Stay

The property is clean, in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The property is stocked with needed cooking and household items. Refrigerator is a good size, washer/dryer are provided in townhome. The pool is well maintained and close to the property, as is shopping and dining. It was nice to have a two car garage to park my vehicle. Green Valley is an easy city to navigate. Cable TV is very basic with access to just a handful of channels. TV is not set up for streaming, had to use my laptop.

Quiet, comfortable, & convenient

This house was a comfortable home base for us inside & out for a month as we explored southeastern Arizona. Gas, grocery, and pharmacy are nearby. It is also located across the street from a wash with a walking path. There we saw wonderful birds, a javelina, and even a snake. As noted in the property description, the views are lovely, and the neighborhood is peaceful. We contacted the property owner a couple of times during our stay, and she was quick, friendly, and helpful in every response. Thank you for your hospitality. We felt welcomed and look forward to our next trip.

Esperanza Estates in Green Valley

We would rent it again. We really enjoy the outdoors and took advantage of the large patio every day. It’s a very quiet neighborhood, and the people we met at the pool were very friendly. The property is as advertised, fully stocked kitchen, excellent wi-fi, comfortable beds, great neighborhood and mountain views (especially at sunset). The only (ONLY) issue we had was with the garage door, but after a phone call it was repaired within 2 hours. Excellent place, highly recommended.

Perfect!

The property was even nicer than we expected. We are very familiar with Green Valley, but had never been in this neighborhood and were pleasantly surprised with the location and beauty of the area. The house had just about everything we needed and was very comfortable.

All the Comforts of Home

I started out last October on a road trip from Minnesota to Florida. I didn’t care for Florida, so I changed my plans and decided to head west on a cross-country trek to Tucson, to visit friends and possibly look for a place to live. Since it was still tourist season, I was unable to find a place to rent in Tucson. I had to widen my search and I fortunately ended up at this gem of a place in Green Valley. It was so nice to be able to unpack my car and settle in to re-group and just relax for a month. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything I needed to cook my own meals. Having the laundry in the unit was SO nice! I loved sitting out on the front and back patio’s, and having my car in a garage again was such a luxury. This is a really lovely community. I would love to live here. As a single woman, I felt totally safe walking around the neighborhood, even at night. I also thoroughly enjoyed the pool area. Alyssa is a very gracious host, and she gets back to you right away if you have any questions or issues. I would love to rent from Alyssa again when I come back to AZ.

Green Valley Oasis

We just spent a month at Alyssa's property and it was a very nice experience. The neighborhood was very quiet and we miss it already. The people we encountered on our walks were friendly and the scenery was gorgeous; we never got tired of the mountains or the desert. The rooms were spacious and nicely furnished and the front patio was large and welcoming. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and silverware and it felt like home from the moment we got there. Conveniently located within a couple of miles were drug and grocery stores and also gas stations. If you want to relax on your vacation, this is the place to be.

Beautiful sunrises and sunsets!

A lovely place to see spectacular sunsets and rises. Perfect place to watch the ever changing mountains from the patio or walking paths. Quiet neighborhood and comfortable home. Very friendly HOA. Pool and spa were open and we had them to ourselves almost every time. On those few days when the weather keeps one indoors, you can take a trip around the very nice in home art gallery. Alyssa was so quick to respond it was like she was next door. She texted us about a power outage almost before we knew it had happened. Our favorite of the six Green Valley places we have rented. If you can get this place, you will not be sorry.

Majestic place!

This is a very peaceful place! It is private, super clean, with all the appliances you may need. Alyssa has EVERYTHING in the kitchen, for the ones that love to cook and bake, huge pantry, lots of space! Loved the back yard, with those sunsets taking over the sky. The house is so well taken care of, with great pieces of furniture, big closets dressers. if you have a family or are a couple, this is just the right place. Alyssa is an amazing human being, fast to respond and to accommodate, she is just lovely. Whoever takes cares of this house cleaning wise must be extremely detailed! Even the silverware are put so nicely together! The house has no issues, the washer dryer are new and so great to have, especially during a relocation time. Love the shower great pressure! The BBQ in the back yard is wonderful!! Wonderful neighbourhood, take a walk in the evening you will feel so at peace, very safe, PCSD is 5 min away, Library also, there are a couple of nice restaurants at the Plaza, one is called Javalena fun, they bring artists and play nice music while you dine. Also trails around , if you love to jog or walk. There is a pool for the guests to use around the corner. Green Valley is great area, safe and all markets, banks, gas stations are 5 min close by. I am so lucky to have found this gem. I’m looking to buy a house and this place was just a dream to find! Oh, the garage is a plus, to park inside. Thank you Alyssa, so much, for allowing me to enjoy your home and make it mine for a little while!!!

First time in Green Valley and had no idea where to stay.

This was a very clean and nicely decorated property. Very quiet with great Mountain View. There is no TV in the second bedroom as stated sand no cable TV which would have been nice on the rainy days. We would stay there again however.

Exactly what we needed ...

Neat, clean, central location. We booked for a week and - as our new home in GV wasn't quite ready to be occupied - we were able to extend for a few extra days. That helped us out greatly and we really appreciate Alyssa's flexibility in that regard.
