Not quite the description but satisfactory
The unit was in a good position, handy to the beaches and shops as well as the International Marketplace. Also close to public transport. The lanai might be huge to their standards but small to Australian sizes. Still nice to sit out on and get fresh air. Not sure of the view. We get a glimpse of the canal that runs beside the golf course but when you are on the top floor 29, and not 7 where the unit is, there is a marvellous view all round. Lots of high rises that block the view but still awesome. Not good though for watching Friday night's fireworks as the high rises block out the majority of the view of fireworks. Nice barbeque area and pool on this level. The lifts are kept in good condition and the building surrounds are well maintained, with security at a fantastic level. Aircons are all set at 60deg F, and off on arrival, so the unit feels stifling, but once going for a while makes it comfortable. The unit itself is comfortable with 2 bathrooms, small kitchen with all that you need, bonus, includes a washing machine and dryer. Good beds and linen supplied. Stale smell in outside corridor to lift but kept very clean. All in all, a good experience, and would recommend to others. Lots of eating places around plus supermarket just down the road for all your needs. Easy walking distance to Waikiki. Unit could do with an electric kettle and a small carton of milk for the late arrivals.
