The space

The house is an elevated maisonette. The groundfloor is a large space that includes the living room, the dining room, the kitchen, a WC and 2 verandas to choose. One with a great view and one at the 'secret garden' of the house for more private moments.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove and an electric ceramic stove, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker and all the equipment you need for cooking.
At the upper floor you will find the 3 fully air conditioned bedrooms, each one with its own spacious balcony (2 of them with a great view) and an office located in one of them. There is also the possibility for the installation of a crib on demand on 2 of the bedrooms.
At the basement you will find the laundry room, with a laundry machine, a dryer and an iron with an ironing board.
Right next to the house there is a very large and always free space, where you and your guests can park your cars.

You have access to the yard with a garden in front of the house and at the 2 verandas.

We are on your disposal at any moment, because we live very close.
