FREE PREMIUM BEACH SERVICE for 2024 at this Beautiful Gulf Front Condo!

Comes with FREE PREMIUM Beach Service. Includes 2 beach chairs, 1 umbrella, 1 folding table and 1 Paddleboard or Kayak (for one hour daily) on the beach right behind Sans Souci (available March 1 - October 31)!! This is a $300 savings for a one week stay!
Available 7 days a week, 9:00am–5:00pm; Peak Season (weather permitting).

Welcome to Sans Souci #503, a nicely-decorated Gulf-front 5th floor two-bedroom, with beautiful views of the beach and Gulf from your private balcony. New owners have recently redecorated, with new furnishings, artwork and new bedding. Condo has updated kitchen with Corian counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Also has a Keurig coffee maker in addition to a regular Mr. Coffee. Living room has leather, sectional sofa and 47" flat screen TV with boost speaker. Master bedroom has king bed, 32" flat screen TV, and a private bath with a shower/tub combo. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, 23" flat screen TV, and brand new bunk beds (two twins).

Owner has thoughtfully provided his private ground floor storage locker for guests to store their beach items in - no more toting umbrellas, beach toys, coolers, etc. up and down the elevator every day! At the end of a sun soaked down on the beautiful white sands of Pensacola Beach, there's something for everyone to enjoy inside the condo with complimentary WiFi and flat screen TVs. All-in-one washer/dryer located in the condo. One covered, marked parking spot right next to the elevator! Enjoy Sans Souci's large, gulf front pool, hot tub and outdoor grills too.

Vacationing is simple at San Souci as it is just minutes from local shopping, dining (the world famous Peg Leg Pete's seafood restaurant is located right across the street) and entertainment.

Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the Sans Souci condominiums premises, including unit balconies, pool area and parking areas.

Due to HOA regulations, two cars maximum per reservation.

Great Stay!

Great view of the waves. Located directly across from our favorite restaurant, "Peg leg Petes". Nice to have the convenience store also across the street. Little store is ridiculously expensive but works for small items in a pinch. Beds very comfortable. Nice to have a washer and dryer. One note of caution. Reserved parking spot is right next to a row of storage lockers. Our brand-new car was scratched, as a result of some careless person accessing one of those lockers.

wonderful vacation

The added accommodation of the beach chairs is wonderful. The only drawback is that you have to pick up a key at the office rather than just being able to access your place when you arrive. The office staff was wonderful to work with.

Wonderful condo

Red White and Blues Week

Overall it was a good vacation there are a few issues that really need attention. The dishwasher doesn't clean, it runs but nothing came out clean even after scraping and rinsing dishes. The garbage disposal leaked water under the sink and the oven vent didn't work either. There wasn't anything to put leftover food into, not 1 Tupperware or baggy. The pans aren't level, the food runs to one side on pan. It was pretty clean, the only place that wasn't was the balcony railing, it was black, and hadn't been cleaned maybe ever. So, I cleaned it, it's back to white now. Now the Good: Location, Location Location was perfect! The layout was great, roomy and functional. The view is why we booked it....amazing and perfect for watching the Blue Angels. It was literary a ringside seat to the show, I was able to get some wonderful videos. I would definitely stay again if they did a little maintenance. I know management doesn't find out what's missing or broken unless someone complains. So I hope it's taken as constructive criticism.

Great family vacation

We had a few odds & ends that weren't fully functional in our unit, but nothing that we couldn't work around. Some of the dishes and other provided items weren't clean, and had to be washed before use. The unit itself was easy to get in & out of, and is secured with a code-entry gate. Our reservation had a parking spot and beach locker that made our stay more convenient. We happened to arrive the weekend that Noah's Ark was sailing out of Santa Rosa sound, and due to the rains/storms and flooding, Fort Yargo was closed for half of the week, which was a bummer... But the location, convenience, and overall layout of our unit was great. It was nicely decorated, and had the basics we needed, plus some convenience items, like hotel-style mini supplies, a couple dishwasher pods to get started, and a single laundry load of detergent, which we were thankful for because we didn't immediately go shopping because of the weather. We were able to enjoy our first evening in the unit without much fuss, and we settled right in and enjoyed watching the beach/rain clouds/watching some TV. The beds and living room furniture are comfy!! I recommend this unit for up to a family of 5, but you'll probably be a little cramped, with the bathroom sizes. The bedrooms were a nice size, and accommodated our family of 3 nicely with plenty of space. I think you'd really enjoy 503 at Sans Souci, so give it a go. It's a great location, and a beautiful unit.

We had a wonderful time!

Everything was straight forward and the location was perfect! We used to the pool everyday, the balcony was beautiful and beachfront. There was a trolley nearby but we also had a parking garage to protect our car from a storm. It was well equipped with everything needed for the kitchen and bathrooms. Our family of 5 was comfortable and not too cramped. We had a small problem with the fridge and it was very quickly resolved. I would absolutely stay here again.

We Love San Souci

Check in process was a pain only because there was no communication on what we needed to do. Nothing was listed in the VRBO add on how to check in and no email explaining the process. After we checked in and got into the condo we noticed a pungent oder coming from the fridge. It was aweful and had obviously not beened cleaned. Pretty sure the cleaning ladies were on strike from cleaning this fridge. It was soooo bad that all of the cleaning and deodorizer that i put in it had no effect on the smell. I hope they replace it. Okay so bad stuff out of the way we absolutely loved the stay. Perfect location and perfect size for us. The storage in the garage was a tremendous help. The decor and furniture were perfect. The beds were very comfortable memory foam matresses. We played in the sun all day and the condo provided pleasant rest. Great memories were made and we would highly recommend this place. Would definately rent again.

Beautiful view and beach

The condo was nice and clean. The view was great and the beach was nice. The bed in master bedroom was very uncomfortable and in poor condition. There was a piece of foam on top of mattress apparently to make it more comfortable. It didn’t work.

The condo was just as described. Very nicely furnished, beds were comfortable and great location. Very easy to load and unload from parking garage. Peg Leg Pete’s is one of our favorite restaurants so love it being across the street. Will definitely book this condo again in the future.

Be sure to have bug spray with deet since there is the possibility of biting flies during this time of year. There was an issue with the rubber seal in the dishwasher getting caught on the bottom rack and pulling it out of place. This caused a leak one night when we ran the dishes. Overall a great stay and would stay here again in the future.
