Located in a quiet area of New Grayton, just 150 feet from the beach walkway, this end unit condo is an old favorite and so close to the water, you can easily hear the calming sounds of the surf and feel the cool gulf breezes.

Private porches with access from the master bedroom and living room provide the perfect spot for relaxing and enjoying the salt air. With new wood floors throughout, guests will find the bright, open floor plan both comfortable and cozy. Chic details and modern accents allow this newly refurbished unit to ooze character and charm. Perfect location, beautiful condo!

My sister and I spent the weekend enjoying the Florida sun. We rented bikes, ate delicious food, and enjoyed the beach every day. The condo is as pictured - beds are so comfy and shower was a delight. Steps from our new favorite coffee shop and bar and right near access to the public beach. We can’t wait to go back!

Loved Groovy Grayton!

We have stayed in this building in another unit multiple times over the last 12 years. This was the first time for the groovy Grayton and we loved it!! So much to live about Grayton. This is super close to the beach, 2 minute walk to The Red Bar and Chringo’s. Quiet, clean and vet well appointed and updated! You won’t be disappointed.

Love Grayton Beach

Location, location, location….

This unit was fabulous! The location was perfect….You can throw a rock at Red Bar and walk right out your door to the beach boardwalk. The condo was just as advertised and had the perfect mix of modern meets beach decor. We would for sure stay here again! Quite possibly the best 2 bedroom find in Grayton Beach. Already looked for an open week later in the year but it’s fully booked!

Perfect, Quiet Location Near the Beach

Wow! This place is unique decorated and super cute. Beds are incredibly comfortable and so are the pillows. Walking distance to The Red Bar, white sandy beaches and several cute shops. We really liked how unique and quiet the area was in addition to its proximity to Destin, Watercolor and everything Grayton Beach has to offer. The hosts leave lots of special touches like fun koozies and shopping bags. Really sets them apart. They were even kind enough to send us a personal hand written welcome card. Top notch. Don’t stay anywhere else.

Groovy Grayton

The Groovy Grayton Condo was everything we needed and more. The location is perfect. The condo has a great layout and plenty of room. The kitchen was well stocked. Super Cute! We have stayed in many VRBO’s. This one is one of our fav’s!

Wonderful

Always love Grayton and especially love 63 Sandy Ln. We have stayed in a different unit previously but this one was an improvement with two FULL baths which is a necessity when traveling with teenage girls! Proximity to the beach is the BEST! Will definitely be a repeat booking!!

This place was WONDERFUL! Will be back. Short walk to beach, chairs provided. Beds comfortable and decor beautiful. Evenings on porch were relaxing and the restaurant within walking distance was great too. Only complaint was lack of toilet paper and dish soap.

Nice Get-Away

Nicely decorated and comfortable accommodations. The location is very central with easy beach access. We walked to lots of local restaurants/bars - nice to not have to drive. A sliver of beach view, otherwise you are looking at garages - so, didn't really utilize the porch much. Note that you are not able to have beach chair/umbrella set-up/delivery on this section of the beach - so plan on doing your own set-up each day. We had a frustrating check-in, as the door lock wouldn't allow access until 50 minutes after we were told we could check-in (4:00pm) - had to wait on the front porch with luggage and bags of groceries and couldn't get quick response from the management office. You can't check-in until after 4:00pm, but the office closes at 4:00pm. So, phone calls go to an answering service. This made for a frustrating start to the vacation.

Nice property.

We enjoyed our stay. The location is great. Close to the beach and eateries. The unit was well equipped and fresh and clean. One suggestion: get rid of the barn doors on the bathrooms! The barn doors do not allow for any privacy where privacy is a requirement. Thanks. We hope to stay there again next year!

Clean with modern decorating , attention to detail

The 70s-modern updates and all the special touches from melanine (porchdinnerware) as well as coordinated navy trimmed stoneware to artisan coffee mugs and quality cooking pans, margarita glasses ( indoor and outdoor use) and Mrs Meyers cleaning supplies, hand soap/lotion set in master....made our arrival welcoming and easy to settle in. Comfy as well as stylish coverlets and blankets on the bed made for a sound sleep after a day on the beach. Just an ocean wave away from the festive but quiet nightlife of Chiringos/Red Bar you feel on vacation as you stroll minutes to dinner and fun. The boardwalk access and shower are bonus as you dont have to use the sand road to public beach. The sunset setting over the protected dunes is also a short stroll away. Quiet, affordable and at the center of everything...you won't be let down by Groovy!

Groovy Grayton was a pleasure

Groovy Grayton condo is a lovely, newly remodeled condo with tons of charm. Very clean and just a very short walk to the beach. We enjoyed walking to the Red Bar and Chiringo's for dinner. We worked out at the Grayton Beach Fitness which is just down the street. Groovy Grayton was perfect for our vacation and we can't wait to visit again soon!

Great place to stay in Grayton Beach!

"Groovy Grayton" surpassed our expectations for a wonderful place to visit. It is full of high quality amenities (wine cooler, laundry, etc.) and is very clean and well maintained. The bedrooms are both good sized and there is plenty of room in the Living Room to sprawl out. Cool restaurants and beach out your back door that make the condo the best! Thanks!

Comfy condo

We enjoyed our stay at this cozy condo located a short walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The kitchen was very well equipped with new appliances and a great selection of pans, utensils and grill tools. We spent a lot of time on the porch as it rained everyday we were there! I definitely recommend this as an inexpensive comfortable condo in a great location.

Cozy and comfortable!

This condo was a great fit for the four of us! We had two couples. The bedrooms were roomy and comfortable. Everything was very clean and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for the week. Loved the location! Walking or biking distance to some good restaurants and a very short walk to the beach! The porch was cozy and even though it's a few rows from the beach we still had a small view of the ocean! We would definitely stay here again!!!
