Beautiful, pet-friendly, 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom home in the quiet, family oriented Gulf Trace subdivision, just ½ mile west from popular Grayton Beach. This great beach house comfortably sleeps 10 guests with 2 kings, queen, full, and a queen sofa sleeper. Bring your furry family member (dogs only) with an additional, non-refundable pet rent of $150. Enjoy the sunny private pool, or take a quick stroll to the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico, just 50 yards away.

This lovely home is located within close proximity to many dining and shopping amenities, or pick up fresh seafood at the local seafood market, just 10 minutes away and cook up a great southern ‘boil’ for the entire family in the open, fully stocked kitchen. Bask in the gulf breezes on any of several roomy porches with plenty of seating to share special beach memories, while listening to the relaxing sounds of the surf.

Very Nice Stay
The best neighborhood in Grayton Beach. A gem for location and convenience to Seaside, Destin or the private beach. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Grayton in September
Lovely property, great screened in porch, pool was great. Lots of kitchenware. The property manager would do well to update the amenities, like a large coffee brewer. 3 story, so lots of stairs. Let the young people have the third room floor. One washing machine did not work. There really is not a handicapped access to beach, but after chatting with nice neighbors, they said they would bring it up at their next HOA meeting, which would be wonderful!

Location was great
There were TONS of dishes unwashed and just put up. We had to run the dishwasher at least 4 times and buy our own detergent. The hot tub does NOT work. I emailed question about beach access and was ignored, had to figure it out myself. Not nearly enough toilet paper. The location was great.

Everything good except the pool and hot tub
Enjoyed the community and beach. All good with one exception. The hot tub and pool was not heated. Gentlemen who came to fix it on Tuesday broke the lights to the hot tub and pool, which did not work for the rest of the trip. So, we ended up not using the hot tub or pool at all.

Beautiful location
Roomy home - the airconditioner gave us troubles. I don't know if the homeowner was turning up the air but it was very frustrating to deal with constantly turning down the air conditioner. Also couldn't access the internet for 24 hours because the homeowner had to contact the internet company Mediacom. That was a major negative. I wouldn't use this place again due to these two issues. R and R is a great beach house!
We loved staying at R and R! It is super convenient to the beach and in a great neighborhood. The house is very spacious so we had lots of room to spread out. I would recommend more functional seating in the huge living room so more people can enjoy it at the same time. Also the hot tub never came on. We would have loved to have been able to turn it on ourselves. Overall we absolutely loved our stay in Grayton Beach!

Perfect Family Getaway
We could not have asked for a better home for our family trip! There were two families, 8 of us total, and we loved this home. The location is unbeatable, close to shopping, dining and the beach. We're coming back this year and can't wait!!
