Relaxing

Enjoyed our week. Views from balcony amazing! We sat and watched whales and dolphins playing in the ocean. Purchase some 24 hr all inclusive from Wyndham Alltra, so only did some cooking. Beautiful pools, and beach. You can walk for miles each direction on the beach. All around great place, would stay again.

Nice Paradise

An overall excellent vacation experience. Wife and I flew in and chose not to rent a car as getting around by taxi is inexpensive and taxi drivers are an excellent source of information and history. Owner provided concise info about the apartment and facility and the manager who would be there for us. Facility is a short 250 pesos taxi ride from the airport. The driver was directed by security to just where to drop us. Coming out of the elevator we were immediately welcomed by Patti who provided the keys and complete details. The apartment was clean and had many unexpected pluses including full selection of tableware, cookware, coffee, sugar, spices, napkins, paper towels, and more. There were plenty of towels for showering as well as for the beach. We felt instantly at home and thrilled with the 5th floor view of, well, everything. The building complex, the pool area, the beach, and the ocean. Straight down the street the facility is on, within (safe) walking distance, is Paradise Plaza which is essentially a mall with not only boutiques, salon, and restaurants but a well-stocked grocery store. Taxis are immediately available for the trip back with groceries (bring your own bag or expect to buy one). The string of pools and surrounding features at Villa Magna are meticulously maintained and the beach area is clean and fun with nice wave action for a bay. The location of Villa Magna is ideal for accessing the old city to the south and/or Bucerias and Sayulita to the north.

Beautiful Vacation

Staying at the condo was great. The views and overall location to the pools and beach was perfect. We couldn't get the A/C unit in the living room to work but the ocean breeze was lovely. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay. Dick and Marianne were very responsive and Patti was amazing and a delight to chat with.

Wonderful place for a vacation

We loved the condo. It's clean, very well equipped and has wonderful views of the ocean and pools. Patti, property manager, is great, friendly and very helpful. We wish the sofa bed could be updated. We had a great time staying here!

Beautiful and comfortable condo

Everything about this condo was wonderful. The decor is cultural and comfortable. The view is great - overlooking the pools, ocean sunsets and mountains. Patty assured we had everything we needed and is very helpful and friendly. I'm looking forward to staying here again.

PVR Vacation

We loved the condo, the beautiful view, Mexican rustic furniture vibe and the staff was amazing. Ms. Patti was friendly helpful and friendly. We definitely plan on going back within the next year! This is the second time that we have stayed in this condo. It is clean and is extremely well livable

It is a gorgeous place and the views are fantastic. The condo is very well equipped and meets our comfort needs hands down. Thanks Dick and Marianne (owners) as well as Patti (property manager) for making our stay here very satisfying and enjoyable. Patti was always informative and there to answer our questions as well as provide information on local eateries and sights. We are already counting down for our stay here again next year!

Clean comfortable well equipped

The apartment is perfectly adequate for a couple. The bed is comfortable and the shower is great. The kitchen is well equipped which made cooking easy. On,y complaint is that the tv is too small and we couldn’t find adequate nstructions on using it and the DVD player. Sitting on the vLcony gives a lovely view of the pool and the ocean .

Enjoyed our time here

We loved this beautiful place. When we rent, it isn't always as advertised and doesn't look like the listing online. This condo was exactly as advertised. No nasty surprises! It was so easy to work with the owner. Anytime I asked a question, it was answered very promptly and with humor! There were 3 of us and there was plenty or room and seating. This condo was very well equiped, so much so I would say it was one of the best stocked kitchens ever. The washer and dryer came in very handy. While we had rain, thunder and lightening for a couple of days, it was actually fun. It kept the heat down and the storms were beautiful over the ocean. Also, Patty the manager is next door and was so welcoming and full of information. We thank her too. We would definitely love to stay here again in the future. While this condo is a part of the Dreams resort, you need to have pesos to buy a drink at the bar by the pool if you're staying in a condo. They DO NOT take American money or credit cards. We also asked it we could eat at one of the many restaurants at Dreams they were quite honest. Yes we could, but breakfast would be approx $30, lunch approx $40 and dinner over $55. Yikes!! There is a snack bar for the condo people at the pool, but unfortunately, it seems to be closed the month of September. There is a good beach club about a block and a half north called ETC and we enjoyed it. Thanks for sharing your home!

Beautiful condo, amazing views, and incredible beaches!

We stayed in this condo for a week and absolutely loved it! The decor is very authentic, the space is perfect, and the views! Amazing sunsets! The owners could not have been more helpful in every step along the way. We will be coming back for sure!

Relaxation at it's best!!

We enjoyed every part of our two week stay! The view was amazing, so nice to sit on the deck at anytime of day. The condo had everything we needed including a cooler to take to the beach:) Was great to have a kitchen even though we also discovered some really good restaurants just a short walk away. Very relaxing vacation! And Patti was helpful when needed - such a kind lady:) We would definitely consider coming back to this piece of paradise 😎🌊🏄🍻

This a great property definitely would consider returning.

Villa Magna is a great condo in Nuevo Vallarta, three pools and about 7 miles of very walkable and beautiful beach. The 1 bedroom unit we rented was beautiful with a great view of the Bay of Banderas and the mountains. Thank you so much to the property manager Pattie for being so helpful and friendly during our stay. We would recommend this unit especially to snow birds that are looking for a relaxing holiday. Also many activities and tours if you so desire.

What makes this property unique

With 12 miles of beach right at our doorstep we love to walk early in the morning and watch things come to life in the surf and on the beach. We also like to eat at the local cafe's and restaurants. Doing the turtle releases at 6:30 PM is another way to stay in touch with nature. We love it there!!
