Located on the 14th floor of the FOUR DIAMOND resort it will far exceed your rental expectations. Even better, renters go directly to the condo upon arrival - no line and waiting to check-in! Only the 14th and 15th floors are Penthouse floors with quality upgrades throughout. Owners winter in condo so the unit looks exactly like the pictures - clean, sanitized, constantly updated, well-maintained and fully stocked. You won't be disappointed upon arrival!

Professionally decorated, the unit is completely upgraded not like the typical unit. It has maple cabinetry throughout, granite countertops, stainless steel kitchen appliances, ceramic tile floors, plush carpet, crown molding and nine foot ceilings, wet bar and wine cooler. There is an oversized glass shower with jetted tub in the master bathroom. Unit is cleaned and sanitized for the next guest to promote health safety.

The balcony, largest in the Mar Vista Grande, offers outside dining, rocking chairs and relaxing on two full size cushioned lounge chairs overlooking the ocean and North Myrtle Beach.

View a 60” Samsung Smart television with a superb high definition/digital picture and sound bar. Record your favorite shows on the available DVR. Leather sofa has recliners on both ends plus matching recliner. An overstuffed chair adds to the ambiance of the living room. Master bedroom has a 55” Vizio Smart TV. Two other bedrooms have 40” Samsung Smart televisions. Along with central air conditioning, all rooms have ceiling fans. Great Host

Our stay at May’s place was fantastic! The kit condo was equipped with everything we needed. May was quick to respond to our questions and ensured all was well. It was a great Thanksgiving!

A North Myrtle Beach Gem

Well kept, nicely furnished and spacious layout on the 14th floor. Easy in and out access. Right on the beach. Indoor and ourdoor pools plus a lazy river poot and hot tub. Indoor pool was a big hit and life saver with grandkids when weather turned bad. Very close to US Hwy 17 and lots of restaurants. Grocery stores close by. All the amenities without all the loud noise noise of Myrtle Beach.

Amazing Condo!

Even though the weather was not ideal, this condo exceeded our expectations! Do not hesitate to book this one. We would definitely stay here again. Everything from checkin to checkout was perfect. Extremely clean and well appointed.

We absolutely loved our family vacation at this beautiful condo in North Myrtle Beach. The condo was as advertised, clean, and comfortable. The beds were nice, and the ocean views were wonderful. The beach was clean, not too crowded, and close to everything in NMB.

Perfect rental

My family and I loved everything about this rental. May was super easy to work with and was very accommodating. The rental was quick and easy to get into when you were checking in. The unit was very clean and updated. All of the beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for your clothes, food etc. The elevators were quick and there was plenty of parking in the garage. We liked the pools and closeness to the beach. Overall, we had no complaints and would absolutely return and recommend this rental.

Sister Fun!

We had a great time! After an 8 hour drive, we were so happy and relieved to arrive to a very clean and nicely decorated condo, and we were able to quickly relax outside on the deck to enjoy the beautiful views! The kitchen was well stocked; we had everything we needed to have breakfast and a few spaghetti dinners.. Loved having three bathrooms!! The bedrooms were very spacious and comfortable, along with the recliners that were perfect for movie night!! Fortunately the weather was prefect, and we were able to enjoy the beach and have drinks at the pool!! The week flew by, and we were sad to leave :(

Great long weekend stay

This ocean view 3 bedroom condo was spotless and well stocked. The beds were comfortable. The owners emailed the directions to park and enter the unit and even allowed us to come early since the condo was ready. We used the beautiful pools on premises. It’s also a great spot on Ocean Drive. We definitely will contact them for future stays.

Amazing

From the moment we parked the car everything was smooth sailing. The resort itself requires a code for entry into the parking garage and the building. The minute you walk in to resort it smells and looks fantastic no wait for the elevators no check in at a desk. The room was exactly as described, clean very roomy, beautiful view, there is an abundance of pots, pans, dishes everything you need. The host is very nice and helpful she even messaged that our room was available for early check in. I highly recommend this rental and we will be back.

Immaculate

This place was a perfect setting for a family vacation. Easy access to the beach. The check in and check out directions were very detailed and clear! We weren't left trying to figure anything out on our own. The place was very clean and decorated beautifully. We felt very much at home during our family vacation. The only thing to be aware of is that while the master bathroom has a walk in shower, the other two bathrooms have a tub/shower that has a very high step in height. This was a challenge for my parents, but we made everything work without any major issues. If I were to return for another family vacation, I would rent again without hesitation. Thank you, May for sharing your home.

Stress free rental in good location

This condo was beautiful and clean, in a private, quiet area. Close to so many restaurants, shops, and entertainment. We enjoyed coffee on the balcony with views of North Myrtle Beach and the ocean. Highly recommend this beautiful beach condo.

You want the best week or weekend ever visited MB at Mar Vista Grand !!

Our place was amazing "MarVista Grand." It was perfect fit as in rooms size for all. Couldn't;t complain at all, We had a wonderful time being with our daughter, family and friends she was getting married this past weekend. I would recommend this place to anyone that wanted visited MB.

Condo was clean, quiet, Beautifully decorated. You truly new you were at the beach. Well stocked kitchen. We had everything we needed. Owner communicated with us when we were on our way to let us know it would be available earlier then 4 PM. Most enjoyable vacation.

The room was perfect, it had everything you would need for your stay. We never felt like we had to clean a thing when we arrived. The complex was great with indoor and outdoor pools and easy access to the beach! If I ever had a question May was very quick to respond. I would highly recommend!

I am EXTREMELY picky and EXTREMELY clean/neat freak. This place went beyond my expectations on how clean and well put together it was. The owner is extremely prompt and answers back immediately. The place is well situated at the beach and the pools and entire facility is amazing and well cared for. It was perfect for my large family and had an amazing time. Well worth every penny!!!!!

Best we’ve ever stayed while in Myrtle Beach

Best we’ve ever stayed while in Myrtle Beach. This condo was extremely clean. All the furniture was very comfortable and the perfect size kitchen. Four elevators were sufficient that we rarely had to wait any length of time to get them. I loved that the parking was covered and that the trash chute was on the same floor as the unit we rented. Much better than having to go to a curb and throw it in the dumpster.
