About this property

The apartment has been totally renovated in 2016. It can accommodate up to 8 people, it is composed:
2 bedrooms composed of a bed of 2 people each
1 bedroom consist of a bunk bed
1 living room with a sofa bed and a TV.
1 fitted kitchen with hob ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine.
1 terrace / balcony which can be closed and used winter and summer, with dining table and bed for 2 more people.
1 bathroom (shower cabinet with 2 sinks)
1 separate WC
All renovated in a sober and distinguished assembly, fitted to accommodate up to 10 people.
Equipped with WIFI and ORANGE TV subscription

The apartment enjoys a magnificent view on the island of Port Cros, the Ile du Levant and the center of Le Lavandou. Located in the seafront residence LES HORIZONS on the 4th floor (last floor with elevator) of building 4 and has its own parking space.
The residence is closed and guarded, it includes a bowling green and 2 tennis courts (in addition to booking on site).
You'll be close to the sea, no need to take the car, all amenities including the sandy beach (you get out of the residence and you're there), the 1st restaurants (50m), shops, water activities (150m) are within walking distance. The center of Le Lavandou is 5 minutes walk and you can walk along the sea on the pedestrian esplanade to reach La Favière.

Toller Familien-Strandurlaub

Die Wohnung liegt sehr günstig, im 4. Stock des Gebäudes, von der Loggia hat man Blick auf das Meer. Supermärkte, Restaurants fussläufig. Die Wohnung war sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und ist insbesondere in der Küche gut ausgestattet. Jeden Donnerstag findet direkt gegenüber ein großer Markt statt. Von Le Lavandou hat man auch viele Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung (Bormes, Marseille, Calanques, Iles d‘Or)… Alles in allem ein gelungener Urlaub. Danke an die Gastgeber, à bientôt Familie Lieb

Logement bien situé et calme. La vue mer est pas mal malgré l'immeuble devant. Place de parking étroite pour un gros véhicule style C4. La salle de bain un peut petit à notre goût.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung

Saubere helle Wohnung. Schöner seitlicher Meerblick zu zwei Seiten. Strand direkt gegenüber. Überdachter Parkplatz direkt neben dem Eingang. Le Levandou ist eine tolles Städtchen. Restaurants und Geschäfte leicht zu erlaufen. Markt donnerstags gegenüber. Schöne geräumige Loggia mit großem Tisch und sechs Stühlen. Wichtig, da Wohnzimmer eher klein. Leider harte Stühle ohne Kissen. Maximal für 4 Personen zu empfehlen. Küche modern. Nur Pfannen mit starken Gebrauchspuren und Kratzern sollten austauscht werden, da Beschichtung beschädigt und Bügelbrett defekt. Wurde in den zehn Tagen nicht ausgetauscht. Hausverwalterin leider stets schroff bis unfreundlich. Für 4 Bettwäsche und ein paar Handtücher erst 120 € verlangt, dann einen Tag später einfach auf 150 € erhöht. Versprochene Rückzahlung wird nicht eingehalten, obwohl nur 3 Pakete gebraucht wurden und restliche in Plastik eingeschweißt sind. Keinen schöne Vorgehensweise. Ansonsten Wohnung und Reiseziel sehr empfehlenswert.

Bel appart mais ascenseur en panne toute la semaine

L’appartement est bien refait, avec une belle optimisation de l’espace. La climatisation du séjour fonctionne bien. Belle vue. Très chaud cet été sur la terrasse : il n’y a pas de store mais un rideau occultant qui bloque le soleil mais aussi l’air. Ascenseur en panne durant toute la semaine (des voisins nous ont dit que les pannes n’étaient pas exceptionnelles l’été). Ma belle-mère de 81 ans qui souffre d’arthrose des genoux s’est donc retrouvée plus ou moins bloquée au 4ème étage. Aucune empathie du propriétaire qui nous a dit ne pas être « expert en ascenseur », puis n’a plus répondu à notre message qui visait à l’informer, et a enfin retourné un message via abritel disant que ce n’était pas un appartement adapté à un handicapé ! Ma belle-mère n’est pas handicapée, elle est juste âgée. Nous avons été choqué de sa réaction.

Pas de télé car pas de débit internet là 3ème chambre est un placard

À part ces désagréments il est vrai que la plage est à côté mais l’appartement ne vaut pas le prix que nous avons payé

Appartement tres cosy ,idéalement situé

Vacances superbes. Idéalement situé. La voiture n est pas indispensable sauf pour visite des environs. Appartement tres agréable. Tres bien équipé ,décoration tres cosy. On s y sent comme chez soi. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Appartement fonctionnel mais pas adapté pour enfants bas ages

Certaines choses sont à revoir. Micro onde qui ne fonctionne pas bien. Bip qui se déboite. Porte lave linge difficile à ouvrir. Télé difficile à régler ( mauvais contact). Stores de terrasses usés qui ne fonctionnent pas bien. Chambres très petites. Odeurs d’égout désagréables. Ascenseur fonctionnant avec clé et petit. Emplacement agréable.

Super appartement

Tout se fait à pied, une vraie déconnexion avec la vue sur la mer depuis le balcon, pas besoin de piscine la mer est au pied de l'immeuble. La literie est bonne. Immeuble bien entretenu. Super resto en 2022 le Tamtam juste à côté. Place de parking à l'ombre et juste à côté de l'ascenseur. On conseille de prendre des vélos électriques chez retroloc et d'aller jusqu'à la plage du rayol ou de s'arrêter dès qu'une plage ou crique plaît ;) sinon en voiture les plages de Cabasson et estagnol sont top! Resto le Cabasse vraiment parfait aussi! On a adoré nos vacances au Lavandou et dans cet appartement ;) Seul bémol, le premier jour on a vraiment eu chaud, les jours suivants la température était plus acceptable la nuit. N'hésitez pas, allez y!

Septembre au Lavandou

Très bel appartement, bien équipé ,dans une zone calme à deux pas de la plage, du marché et des restaurants. La vue sur la mer est exceptionnelle. Il faut au moins une fois se réveiller tôt le matin pour admirer le magique lever du soleil sur la Méditerranée.

Idéalement situé !

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille avec nos 3 enfants de 15, 12 et 2 ans. L’appartement est très bien décoré, propre, fonctionnel, et les rangements sont suffisants. Un lit parapluie est mis à disposition. Splendide vue sur mer avec un accès direct aux plages, proche des commerces avec une très bonne boulangerie/pâtisserie à deux pas (et son excellente tropézienne) ainsi qu’un des plus grands marchés provencal chaque jeudi a l’arrière de la résidence. Ascenseur pratique et place de parking privative à l’ombre juste à côté de l’entrée. Le Lavandou est une ville fleurie et familiale, très agréable la journée et festive le soir mais sans déranger les habitants de la résidence. Les propriétaires sont tout simplement parfaits, prévenants et sympathiques, et font tout pour répondre aux besoins des vacanciers. Petit clin d’oeil a Anny qui fait les états des lieux, et à sa gentillesse, elle a été très compréhensive lorsque nous sommes parti en retard ;) Si vous voulez une bonne location pour découvrir cette merveilleuse région, n’hésitez pas une seconde, vous avez là la perle rare !

Parfait. Je recommande.

Superbe vue qui offre un spectacle permanent. Appartement bien agencé et décoré. Ménage nickel (très appréciable). plage au pied de la residence et toutes les commodités à pied. Propriétaire très agréable et toujours disponible. Idéal si vous êtes en famille
