Kelly's Creekside offers the best hill country rentals Fredericksburg has to offer. It not only boasts four stylishly decorated suites overlooking a creek, but also a location that cannot be beat...just a couple blocks to the heart of Fredericksburg's shops and restaurants. The four suites offer contemporary comfort in the middle of downtown Fredericksburg. Guests are amazed, however, that such lush landscaping and serenity can be found so close to the finest shopping and restaurants in the Texas Hill Country.
Kelly's Creekside offers four different suites, each with its own personality. Erin's Escape is a large (700 sq. ft.), beautifully decorated suite with beautiful views of the lush lawn and creek area. Erin's includes a comfortable sitting area with a Full size sleeper sofa, large screen TV as well as a kitchenette and dining area. Down the hall you will find a spacious, private bedroom with a king size bed and beautiful linens. The suite also includes a beautiful private bath with a large tiled shower. Erin's Escape also boasts a private patio to enjoy the beautiful views...views that you rarely find this close to Main Street shops and restaurants. It's easy to see why Erin's Escape is one of the most popular suites of Kelly's Creekside!
However, Kelly's also offers three other suites: Sandy's Serenity, Sarah's Secret, and Leah's Loft, each offering their own special charms and with varied pricing for different budgets. Rent just one and enjoy a perfect couples' getaway. Or rent them all in order to accommodate small groups up to eight guests. Either way you simply cannot go wrong choosing Kelly's Creekside as your Texas hill country haven.



- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.

Great place to stay! Erin’s Escape

This place is so awesome. You have every thing you need. No ice machine, but not an issue for us since we had our cooler.If you have any handicap, the stairs down are a bit steep. But they have some places upstairs. Our last full day, we sat and watched 11 deer! Beautiful place! Also, it’s within walking distance to all shops, bars and restaurants.

Cute & Quaint

Checking in and out were both simple tasks. The place was very clean, and the pictures online were accurate. The hot tub holds about two adults, which was perfect for me. There were coffee and creamer pods for the Keurig, and the small refrigerator was a good size for holding my snacks and wine. My only real complaint is how you can hear every single step and word from anyone staying in the unit above this one. I could hear them walking around and most of their conversations. It's just an old building.

Scam.

If you are OK staying somewhere where the host completely misleads people about the amount of potential noise from people above, then by all means, stay here. I’m not dumb, I was aware that this was a shared wall/ceiling situation when I booked the place. However, if I wanted to hear the TV from upstairs, hear *every* single word of the conversation coming from the people above me, and their loud stomping, I would’ve just stayed home and rented an apartment in a noisy apartment complex. This does not a relaxing vacation make. Nothing tranquil about it and they refused to give me my money back for the experience. These people are rip off artists.

Birthday Weekend

Great for what we needed, walking distance to all the good stuff. Only negatives were that our view was of the HEB parking lot (no leaves on trees in winter to block it), hot tub was TINY and could use a little romance lighting, and one of our window coverings in the bedroom was paper thin. Also there were only glass dishes in a house made entirely of tile, which made me nervous But it was a nice stay!

The property is in a great location to Main Street and restaurants. The unit was the perfect size for a couple. We loved the private hot tub to unwind after a fun day of wine tasting and shopping.

We loved the place. It was very clean. Bed was comfortable. We forgot our coffee and they had some there for us. The hot tub was perfect. When we had a little hiccup. I sent a text and they responded right away and helped us. Oh, I forgot the deer and ducks where there to greet us. We recommend them. Less than 3 blooks from main street. Just perfect!

Perfect for a couple - Great location and view

We were celebrating our 27th wedding anniversary, which had been 10 years since we stopped in Fredricksburg. We chose Erin's escape for the 2 of us. Check in was a little confusing. The units are named vs numbered. The address of the place is the same address for all of the units so when we arrived we spent 5 minutes trying to unlock the wrong door. We figured out our mistake and walked around to the back down the rock steps. We were greeted by 5 or 6 deer. So nice! The place had everything we needed and the location was perfect. Walking to Hill & Vine was barely a 1/2 block and Main Street didn't seem far either. The bed was comfortable and the unit was quiet. The couch/loveseat in the living room wasn't very comfortable but that is really my only complaint. Tips: Erin's escape has it's own covered parking.It is labeled to the left of the unit. The hot tub is for 2. It has 2 little seats in it and 2 slots for wine glasses. The view of the creek was nice and there is a new cement trail. Loved this location and the amenities.

Everything was perfect EXCEPT there is no ice machine (as advertised). Furthermore, the small refrigerator doesn’t even have a freezer compartment. No way to keep ice frozen or to make ice. Otherwise, I recommend highly.

The apartment was clean, and check-in and out was super easy. It was peaceful sitting on the back bench watching the deer in the afternoon. If you like a firm bed, you will be happy here. It was way too hard for me, and I woke up sore every morning. We did not have upstairs neighbors until the last night. Footsteps could be heard and the bed frame squeaking. I had a white nose maker that helped, but it was still pretty loud over the white noise. There are 2 windows in the bedroom. One of them has blinds over it, the other just has a thin curtain over it that lets in too much light in the mornings. If you want to sleep in, bring something to block out the window or a sleep mask. We mostly enjoyed our stay there, but it would be so much better with a quality mattress and blinds over the bedroom window.
