Start your morning with a coffee on the large wrap around deck enjoying the expansive views of the Caribbean where you overlook the Westin resort and can see St. Thomas , St.Croix and both bays Chocolate Hole & Great Cruz Bay . Later, drive to one of the many world-famous St. John National Park beaches where you can snorkel, hike, Stand Up Paddle Board and/or enjoy a lazy day at the beach. After a long day of exploring you can enjoy the quiet community pool which is just a few steps from our House or enjoy a Happy Hour cocktail on the wraparound deck. Return to St. John
The property had amazing views and all the beach equipment you would want…towels, chairs, coolers. I would warn anyone who can’t handle stairs to consider a different property, as the stairs going to the lower level are outside and quite steep. Linda, the property host, was very helpful and easy to work with, meeting us at the ferry, helping get our jeep rental, then escorting us to the property and getting us situated. The air conditioners worked great! St. John has been a family favorite for years!

Private Get Away
This is a sweet little place up in the hills but only 5 minutes from town. It's great to be able to go Cruz Bay for dinner and entertainment and be back at night for quiet star gazing. There is also the benefit of having two distinct living quarters in one villa and a large patio for gatherings. The owner made sure we were met at the ferry, brought to our car rental, and then shown to the property. The owner and his staff are extremely responsive to the smallest questions!

Amazing view and location!
My husband and I loved staying at the Blue Oasis! The sunset views were incredible and the location above Cruz Bay was so convenient to everything. Manny and Linda were so attentive and communicative from the time we booked until we got home. Linda met us at the ferry dock and took us to get our jeep and then to the villa while pointing out things along the way. This island is so magical and we can’t wait to come back!

Blue oasis paradis
We loved staying here. Only a couple of things we can possibly suggest to have on hand--some swim noodles and a beach umbrella. I have also stayed other places that have a journal for guests to write in with here recommendations and what they recommend for activities that would have been nice to have. Manny was super helpful in his recommendations and getting reservations for us. Can't wait to visit again soon.

Blue Oasis in paradise
We absolutely loved our stay at the Blue Oasis. The view is AH-MAZING! The unit is fully stocked with everything that you need (has several pantry staples!) and tons of both beach towels and bath towels. The cooler and beach chairs came in so, so handy. The owner was great with responding to me ASAP and also gave me a great recommendation for a rental car (Luciah- so nice!). And the personalized service that Linda provides was truly a life saver! She met us right at the ferry dock (Luciah had the car waiting for us there) and we followed her up to the property. She gave us tips for parking, all sorts of recommendations and was such a huge help! This was one of our best vacations and we are in love with Love City!

Rental was easy. Owner Manny contacted immediately after booking. He and Linda the property manager were in contact with us the whole time making sure everything was good. Would definitely recommend and will likely be back.

Great week in Saint John
We stayed here for 5 days in mid-June 2022 and had a great time. The property is very accommodating with the upstairs and downstairs apartments being separated but easily accessible with regards to each other (downstairs apartment just outside the door). The pool is right nearby but it is not loud as there is a decent amount of foliage between the unit and the pool. Parking was right there for our Jeep and the property manager that met us at the barge dock was wonderful! She had great insights to the island and was super friendly to talk with. Overall a great trip and we really enjoyed the veranda, view, pool and calmness of the property!

Can't beat views!!
Everything from start to finish was amazing at this property! The views from the deck made every morning and evening the perfect way to start and end your day. As many reviewers have mentioned, the hill(s) to get to the property are intimidating at first, but after the first few times and driving around the island, you get used to it! You definitely want a car to drive around the island, so the hill to the condo is great practice. The condo is two separate entries, but it worked perfect for our family and the extra space is nice. The pool felt like our own private pool and was a nice refreshing way to end the day at the beach. Linda and Manny's recommendations were spot on and they both were very hospitable. I would recommend this condo to anyone looking to stay on St John! We cannot wait to come back.

The amazing views and convenient location made our trip truly memorable. Well coordinated welcome by both the friendly and helpful property manager as well as the owner, who offered helpful recommendations. The two unit configuration was perfect for our family since it allowed a separate space for the kids to relax before breakfast or at bedtime.

Week in St. John for family of three
Great base for snorkeling and exploring St. John. Close to town, excellent views, pool, with plenty of deck space and large bathrooms is good for families. Manny (owner) and Linda (manager) were extremely responsive to our requests. Being met at the jeep rental agency by Linda and escorted to the property was greatly appreciated. Our 13-year-old enjoyed staying in the loft of the upper unit. We liked having all the extra beach towels and proximity to grocery store. We will repeat our stay if we have the opportunity to return!

Breathtaking Views in the Morning & Evening!!!
If you want your typical hotel or resort feeling, don't stay here. When you are at the Estate Bethany, you are home. It had all the amenities we ever needed. Outdoor grill that we frequently used for grilling. Beach chairs and coolers that we used everyday we spent at the beach. Linda and Manny were some of the most gracious hosts. Always checked up on us, and attended to every need. Thank you. We will definitely be booking this location again.

Best rental on St. John
We just returned home from our week long stay at Estate Bethany! It was amazing and we can’t wait to return next year! Manny and Linda went out of their way to make sure we had the best vacation possible on St John. Great beach, snorkel, sunset cruise, hikes, and restaurant recommendations! Manny even got us a table at the best restaurant in town for my husbands birthday! The house was clean and comfortable. The house supplied us with beach chairs, towels, coolers….everything we needed for a day at the beach! My morning coffee view was incredible and I miss it already! Our teenage daughters loved staying in the bottom floor in their own “apt” and using the beautiful pool as well. We wouldn’t rent any other house on the island. It was perfect and we will undoubtedly be back next year. Thank you Manny for an unforgettable experience ☀️

Incredible view!
We loved our stay at Blue Oasis. We followed Linda to the property from the Jeep Rental. We weren't sure we could find our way around the steep hills and quick turns, but Linda was right that it would only take a day to figure it out. The view from the deck is amazing, and it was a great place to see the sunrise behind the hills and sunsets over the water. We had fun counting the iguanas sunning themselves in the morning in the trees below. The loft bed was SO comfortable. The A/C units weren't functioning properly when we returned home one evening (from an island power surge), and Manny quickly got Martin to come over & get them working. The lower unit has a mustiness to it, but it does get better with air movement. Both Linda and Manny were so responsive and a pleasure to work with. Thank you very much for letting us stay at Blue Oasis!

Our Experience at Estate Bethany
Overall we had a very good experience renting Estate Bethany! The views and location of the property were outstanding, truly living up to the description of the property. Both Manny (the owner) and Linda ( property manager) were very hands on, both attentive and responsive from the the day we committed to renting the property till the day we departed. They provided great contacts helping us navigate the island, as well as assistance for future trips. You also have to remember this is the Caribbean and the standards are a little different than you might be accustomed to elsewhere. Manny provided an opportunity to rent a vehicle while staying at his property, bypassing a lot of red tape with the local rental agencies. We took advantage of this opportunity but were not able to get the vehicle promised. We did get a vehicle of a lesser quality and Manny provided a credit to offset our disappointment. Thank you for being a gracious host.

Winter Escape
Impromptu, last minute decision to go to STJ. Luckily we found Blue Oasis and it is exactly as the pictures describe with epic views. Linda the property manager and Manny the owner worked flawlessly from before checkin to departure. Clean and nice, plus the pool is only a few steps away and was never crowded. Enjoy!

Great AC, Even better views
The peace and view of the home was outstanding and it was a very comfortable and pleasant stay. The bed and furniture were extremely comfy and the place was very clean. The gas stove runs a bit hot and you could use some kitchen shears and measuring spoons, but all in all, it's one of the best rental places we have stayed in on St. Johns and we have rented on the island 7 times prior to this one.

What a beautiful view!! Loved having my morning coffee on the deck. Manny and Luciah were very helpful and responsive. Luciah met us when our boat arrived and escorted us to the property and gave us a tour. We appreciated this because it took the guesswork out of getting to the property after a long day of travel.

Week in paradise
We just stayed for a week at the Blue Oasis Villa. The views are amazing and my husband and I, our adult daughter, her fiance and my teenage daughter all had an incredible week. We had plenty of room to spread out. It was really like two separate villas, up and down. The pool was steps away and we always had if to ourself. We rented Manny’s car and it was wonderful to have for the week. It was critical for traveling up the steep hills. Manny and Luciah both were very responsive and helpful before and during our trip!
