Studio très agréable

Studio très bien équipé mais merci à Orpi de m'avoir fourni une cafetière. Résidence très bien située, studio calme. La chambre est très appréciée. La présence de ventilateurs permet de réguler la chaleur. Décoration un peu vieillotte mais il y a tout ce qu'il faut. Je reviendrai

Excellent emplacement

Appartement bien situé à proximité des commerces,du centre ville et de la plage, calme, dans residence sécurisée. Néanmoins appartement qui aurait besoin d'être rénové ( meubles,rideaux et surtout couchage du clic clac).

Super séjour

Location très bien située, à deux pas de la plage et du centre ville,au calme. Ombragé l après midi, très appréciable en cas de grosse chaleur. Location très bien équipée. Nous avons passés d agréable vacances malgré l actualité des feux de forêt, nous saluons au passage tous les pompiers qui étaient à l œuvre. Location à recommander.

Emplacement top

Nous avons séjournés avec notre fils de 4 ans dans cette appartement avec jardin. Nous avons apprécié le jardin, la sortie directe sur la sable en sortant de la résidence, pas besoin de prendre la voiture, nous avons visiter Arcachon à pied. L'environnement est calme, la résidence à un gardien qui nettoie souvent les parties communes (risque de sables) L'emplacement est top ! La déco est inesthétique mais la literie est bonne alors ça passe. Au moins on a moins peur d'abîmer le mobilier dans ce genre de décoration. Pour la cuisine, nous ne l'avons pas utilisé car nous avons été aux restaurants pendant tous le séjour... Il faut que la cuisine ne donne pas envie de cuisiner. Néanmoins il y a tout ce qu'il faut. Je retournerai sans hésiter dans cette appartement même si je conseillerai une déco un peu plus moderne aux propriétaires 😉.
