Clean - Simple Lodge type - Cabin Feel - 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment located in midtown with mountain views. Sleep 5-7 People.

The private apartment is located on site, above Alaska Outdoor Gear Rental. Washer, dryer, dishwasher in unit. Full Kitchen, Living room .
3 Twin Bed, 1 queen. 1 Sleeper sofa. & 1-2 Roll aways available.
Fully furnished Leather Couches, Recliner, Dining Table, 50 Inch TV.

Bedding is simple. Comes with freshly cleaned sleeping bags, Pillows, Linens in closet if youd like linens. TV, wifi, grill. Comes with Shampoos, Conditioner. Kitchen stocked with whatever last guests left - Zip lock bags, Olive Oil, Salt pepper, Garbage bags,
Toilet paper, Paper Towels, Mac and Cheese, ramens, condiments, coffee, frozen foods, etc. 2 Bear spray, 2 Fishing Poles, 2 coolers, first aid kit, 4-6 camp chairs to use while you stay with us in the home. Maps & Milepost. 2 Way radios. Complimentary.

We tell people take some - and leave some. for the next guest.
There is a private area outside /fenced to enjoy the outdoor fire pit or to BBQ.
We also have extra cots for kids or adults. Sleep more people if needed. We also have sleeping bags, pads. Nice private place for a a family to crash before they start their Alaska vacation!

Alaska Outdoor Gear Rental is open year round. We rent packrafts, kayaks, camping, fishing, biking, backcountry hiking, electronics, optics and hunting gear.
We also rent winter outer wear, boots, rain boots, hiking boots, snowshoes, cross country skiis, ice skates.

We are an outfitter that helps customers put trips together.
Enjoy renting kayaks, fishing waders and rods on site.
If you arrive early/ stay in town after check out - we can hold your luggage. Just set up in advance. We also offer a car service. Call for rates.
We can accommodate various group sizes. No minimums.

We own Alaska Outdoor Gear Rental. We've had vacation rental properties since 2000. That's how we got into the gear rental business. We had 2 rentals in downtown Anchorage. Many guests requested Chestwaders, fishing rods and bikes. We decided to sell our vacation rentals to start up a gear rental business.

With Alaska Outdoor Gear Rental on site you can rent bikes one day and a kayak the next. We have kayak trailers, bike and cargo trailers to outfit large groups. We also have a store center tour on site,
