Private ocean view balcony with furniture where you can relax and listen to the waves. Cold outdoor community shower available at each condo building. About 150 paces from the walkway to the beach. Seasonal community pool, covered picnic area with park grills. The condo community is just across the street from the Oak Island Golf Club and a short drive to Oak Island Lighthouse. Convenient to local restaurants, shops, parks and more.
The OIBV pool is open annually from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Specific condo communities may keep the pool open past Labor Day depending on the homeowner's association's recommendation.
