Air-conditioned type 2 detached house located in the wing of a beautiful property, 2 steps from the historic center of Salon and in a quiet location. A completely independent entrance. The kitchen living room on the ground floor opens onto a beautiful tiled terrace. The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped with large fridge-freezer, hob, extractor, oven, washing machine, microwave, kettle. The living room has a 2-seater sofa bed and 102 cm screen TV, as well as a stereo system compatible with i phone, Blu-ray dvd player, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner. It also has a clever table that easily converts from a coffee table to a dining table.
Upstairs there is a beautiful sleeping area, with fitted shower room and WC, quality bedding with a double bed 140, dressers and a beautiful terrace with sun loungers, table and chairs.
Non smoking cottage, animals are not accepted.
