This 3 bedroom, 2 ½ bath home is comfortable and perfect for a friends or family gathering. The kitchen is fully equipped to whip up a great meal with fresh produce from one of the many farmers markets in the area. Grill up a storm with the back-yard BBQ and enjoy that favorite bottle of wine from one of the numerous wineries Paso is so famous for. When the stars come out, enjoy a long soak in the spa to relax and plan your Paso adventure! *The pool is not heated. Please respect the quiet neighborhood vibe. Pleasant Surprise!

Kudos to the house cleaning crew and the landscapers. The place was immaculate and well stocked. It was a real treat being on a quiet away from traffic and city noise. The message board was much appreciated as well as the reclining sofas in the living room. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to our friends.

Fantastic Stay. Will be back

The house is fantastic. Great location in a nice neighborhood. The hot tub was great and the mechanical cover over the pool was easy to use. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the necessities which made our stay even more convenient. Highly recommend if you are clean, follow the rules, and want to have plenty of space. We had a group of 6.

Great central location marred by obnoxious fees.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall a nicely equipped space in a great central location. I was insulted by the amount of required cleaning and tasks to be completed prior to leaving WHILE STILL CHARGING A CLEANING FEE. What exactly does the cleaning team do if the guests do all the dishes and all the laundry? The condition of the property was solid, was super clean (probably from the previous guests), had plenty of supplies, etc. I don't mind being charged fees, but only if the charge provides value. This charge was flagrant.

Spring time delight

One of the nicest VRBO’s we have stayed in. I grew up in the area (Templeton) so I was specifically looking for something in this part of town. Had family come on Sunday and made a great brunch, kids even braved the pool & enjoyed the hot tub after.

Weekend wine tasting trip!

We visited Paso for the weekend to do some wine tasting with friends. This house is in a great location close to downtown, in a great neighborhood! The house was clean & we had everything we needed. September 2022 Stay

This house was a perfect getaway for my girlfriends and I. Very clean, comfortable, and roomy. We were in Paso for the ‘Taste of Downtown’ and the pool / jacuzzi were great to enjoy after the event! The kitchen has everything you need plus 2 coffee pots! One for single pods and one for the whole group. Also plenty of dishes and pans… The beds were very comfortable and the towels and linens were very plush. Location was close to everything and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We will definitely stay here again!
