About this property

19 Knowles enjoys ocean views across the preserved area known as the Fen looking towards Fenway Beach and the Atlantic Ocean and Block Island Sound. Water views from the dining room, sun/living room and several bedrooms.

This property is a very short walk to Fenway Beach, the Weekapaug Tennis Club, and the Inlet for coffee, candy and sandwiches. The new owners have refreshed the property and given it a light new look. Newly renovated master bath, newly painted interiors, recently re-finished floors. All new furnishings, dishware and linens. The property is available in a 3-bedroom and 5-bedroom configuration. This page is for the 3-bedroom configuration. (If you are interested in the 5-BR configuration, see listing number 1338683.) When the property is rented as a 3-BR home, there are no other renters using the property.

The three bedroom configuration has a Jack-and-Jill bathroom upstairs plus another full bathroom on the first floor and an outdoor shower.
