This storybook one bedroom, one bathroom cozy cabin is perfect for up to four guests.
A bright and open living room with comfortable seating provides a great spot for putting your feet up and enjoying the warmth and ambiance of the gas fireplace. Sip a glass of wine or a cup of hot cocoa while you unwind and read a book or watch a movie on the flat screen TV. Use the Wifi when you need to get connected.
For home-cooked meals, Easy Living features stainless steel appliances in the well-appointed kitchen, so bring your groceries! There is a bistro dining table plus room at the kitchen bar for seating.
In the charming bedroom you’ll sleep like a bear on the quality queen bed. Plenty of linens are provided to snuggle down and hibernate on the queen sofa sleeper in the living area.
After playing in Lake Tahoe or skiing down the slopes, come soak your bones in the claw-foot tub in the beautifully designed bathroom. You can pack light for your adventures, because this home includes a full-sized washer and dryer.
Outside, as the wind whispers through the pines, unwind and bask in the sun on the deck, which features a large table with six chairs. A barbeque is available Memorial Day weekend through September–weather permitting.
Venturing out? Many Lake Tahoe activities and sights are right at your doorstep!
Easy Living is close to Meeks Bay, which has a terrific sandy beach, and Chambers Landing, which also has a nice beach. Sugar Pine Point State Park is close enough to reach via a nice walk or bike ride. You won’t want to miss the icon of Lake Tahoe, Emerald Bay, a short drive away. Emerald Bay State Park boasts 360-degree picturesque views that encompass Emerald Bay, Fannette Island, Eagle Falls, and Vikingsholm Castle.
For winter activities, just a few miles down the road you’ll find Homewood, Alpine Meadows, and Squaw Valley Ski Resorts. The Magical West Shore has great options for whatever you fancy: snowshoeing, snowboarding, downhill or cross-country skiing, sledding, and more!

To experience all the gambling and nightlife that the Lake Tahoe area offers, South Lake Tahoe/Stateline is about a 30-minute drive.
POLICIES & DISCLOSURES:
1. Maximum daytime and nighttime occupancy is 4, including children under six (6) years of age. Sleeping Arrangements for 4.
2. Parking for 1 vehicles. Street parking is prohibited year-round.
3. The use of ANY outdoor firepit or outdoor fireplaces is strictly prohibited at all our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping to keep our community safe from wildfires.
El Dorado County Regulations:
1. Quiet hours must be observed between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.
2. Occupancy is limited between 10 PM and 8 AM.
3. Maximum occupancy is enforced at all times.
4. Any violations may result in a fine.
