Ground floor of a 21 unit building. 1700 S.F. Includes one car inside parking.
Rooftop deck with panoramic views of SF.
Upstairs: one master suite with shower, tub and queen size bed. TV. Whole house stereo controls. Speakers throughout the loft.
Downstairs: office with a foldout couch. 1/2 bath (no shower)
Gourmet kitchen. 4 drawer-style dishwashers(miele), Sub zero refrigerator, 6 burner range, two oven, refrigerator pull out drawers, coffee maker. Kitchen counter with 6 barstools.
Great room - large all wood bar with 8 barstools, wine cellar (currently full and locked!), large bar height table - perfect for smalll plate meals for up to 8 people. Large L-shaped sofa.
Entry room from lobby. Large sofa and flat screen TV.

Hosted by Karie (and Jeff) Fenton
Karie and Jeff Fenton have been married for 19 years. We live in San Francisco and the east bay. Our City loft is cool and hip and a great launching pad for doing 'all things San Francisco'. We dine about town and can give you plenty of restaurant recommendations. Jeff is a native of San Francisco. 3 short blocks to the Moscone Center and 9 blocks to ATT ballpark and the SF Giants.
