About this property

Uptown/Biltmore Designer Townhouse

Right in the middle of all the action in Uptown/Biltmore area! Relax by the pool and just cross the street to great restaurants like San Tan Brewing Co, The Vig Uptown, Zipps, Mora (Scott Covenant's from the Cooking Channel) and many more. Or check out the Biltmore Fashion Park for high end shopping, more great restaurants and the Biltmore Country Club.

This 1100 sq. ft condo is just the place to relax and kick back in after a fun day out in the sun! Everything you need is right here and waiting for you, just bring your luggage, and go get some stuff for the fridge, tomorrow you may want to cook breakfast or go to Lucy's for a great breakfast and coffee.

This is a 2 split bedroom, 2 bath townhouse so you, your family, or friends can stay together but be separate!

HOUSE RULES

1. First things, first! - All bookings require a damage insurance policy provided by Vrbo which will be charged at the time of booking.

2. Is your name on our list? If more guests are staying than the number originally stated in the booking, you will be charged for the extra person.

3. Change of plans? If you decide to extend your stay after check-in, please contact us. We will do our best to accommodate you, but no promises!

4. Play safe! When you book this reservation, you take full responsibility for any bumps, bruises, accidents, or illnesses that occur while you are staying at the townhouse and any amenity spaces offered with your stay (including, but not limited to pool, etc.). If you notice anything that presents a danger yourself, anyone travelling with you, or the townhouse, please let us know as soon as you check in.

5. Mind the neighbors, please! Quite time is 10 PM-7:30 AM. Parties or excessive noise is not allowed in our townhouse - misbehavior costs $500.

6. Enjoy the fresh air! Feel free to smoke outside of the townhouse, but please do not smoke indoors - leaving behind a smoky townhouse costs $500.

7. A clean home is a happy home. If the townhouse is left in an exceptionally messy state, we will charge $50 for every extra hour of cleaning required.

8. Time is of the essence! Late checkouts will delay our cleaning professionals and result in a $50 charge for each hour.

9. Please don’t feed the dust bunnies. Our townhouse comes stocked with living essentials, but we do not provide daily cleaning services. However, if you are staying 30 days or more, there will be a charge of $150 for each additional 30 days and the condo will be cleaned every 30 days.

11. Let’s shake on it. When you make a reservation with us, you are agreeing to all of the above House Rules.

Everything was as advertised. First time in this area of Phoenix and we found it center ally located to most places we went to. It is only a couple blocks from highway 51. Everything we needed was there. Anything we asked for we were given a quick response. The complex is quiet, but off a busy road, Bethany Home. There is quite an assortment of restaurants and coffee shops in a very short walking distance. The beds were comfortable the bathrooms are updated. We enjoyed the outdoor area. Very friendly neighbors.

The property was very clean and welcoming. Perfect spot for a weekend golf getaway. Cost less than staying in a hotel with a lot more space, amenities, and comfort. Would definitely stay there again if in the area.

We were here because my mother in law got sick and we needed to let her recuperate for a few days before driving. This place worked wonderful for letting her unwind and recuperate before a long drive. Excellent communication from Mara and nice rental for our needs.

Home remodeling project
My wife and I needed a temporary "home", while our house was being renovated. Mara was extraordinarily accommodating to our needs, even when we needed an extra night. The place is very comfortable and inviting.

This is a very nice place to enjoy a stay in Phoenix! Updated, comfortable and super-clean, it's centrally located for convenient access to city sights and destination traveling. The owner, Mara, couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating to my pets and I, especially since we needed to find somewhere to stay quickly. Gorgeous, Convenient Condo
This was a very nice condo with a gorgeous interior & furnishings. It’s conveniently located, within walking distance. to restaurants & a coffee shop. It was also not a far drive from GCU, where we were moving our kids out from. I loved that it’s a ground level condo and only a short walk from the parking spot. It made the move—out process from GCU and transporting lots of luggage very slick. We’d definitely stay here again whether we’re there to move or not.!

My family was in Phoenix for my daughter's graduation from Grand Canyon University. The unit was immaculate. Very comfortable and plenty of room for 4 adults. Covered parking was very convenient. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Mara was very responsive and easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again.

Our family of four stayed here for 4 nights. There was plenty of room for all of us. A well stocked kitchen and washer/dryer made for a convenient stay. My children had a great time playing in the pool. We would definitely stay here again.
