Great house, very nice host

This beautiful house is very close (30 meters) to a wonderful white sandy beach. The house is well equipped, clean, nice furniture, wonderful roof terrace. It is very quiet and spacious.

Excellent vacation experience

Our hosts could not have been better, greeted us with hospitality and was in touch for the entire year before our holiday. The house was impeccably clean and the location perfect for a relaxing stay. Ten minutes from Denia and close to many other small towns. True local feel and full of heart, I highly recommend.

September in Denia

Plenty room for family. Proximity to pool was excellent. We brought a chrome cast which enabled Netflix on tv. Car hire essential as few restaurants locally or walkable. We would be happy to recommend this holiday location

Excellent Hosting

Loly and Jean-Philippe are a very amiable couple and excellent hosts. On arrival they took the time to not only show us around the property but also talk us through the use of the appliances etc. - so often in holiday rentals guests are left to work through poorly written instructions. The accommodation is in a safe gated community and is well appointed with everything you need to get your holiday started. We had a very enjoyable holiday and would not hesitate to recommend both the property and the hosts. Thank you again to Loly and Jean Philippe.

Super Urlaub

Das Haus ist einfach toll. Es ist zwar Bestandteil einer Anlage, trotzdem hat man sein eigenes Reich. Unser Lieblingsort war die Dachterrasse. Da konnte man es trotz der für uns hohen Temperaturen gut aushalten. Drei Klimaanlagen machen einen super Job. In den Räumen findet jeder seine Lieblingsecke. Besonders hat uns der Kurze Weg zum Strand und zum Pool gefallen. Das Auto steht auf kurzen Weg in eine Tiefgarage.

Toller Urlaub

Das Haus ist sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Dachterrasse mit Meerblick und Meeresrauschen ist großartig. Unsere Kinder haben es sehr genossen, ihr eigenes Reich im Souterrain zu haben. Der Vermieter war sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und stets erreichbar. Einziger Minuspunkt: Der leicht muffige Geruch in der Küche und die schimmelige Silikonfuge in der Dusche. Insgesamt aber sehr empfehlenswert.

Hemos estado del 22 al 29 de Junio en esta magnífica casa. Toda la casa estaba impecable, la playa y la piscina al lado, resumiendo una semana magnífica. Wundervolle Unterkunft

Wir haben das liebevoll eingerichtete Haus sehr genossen, es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen entspannten und erholsamen Urlaub benötigt. Die Lage direkt am Strand ist toll und auch der Pool wurde von uns gerne genutzt. Die Dachterrasse ist super und lädt zum entspannten chillen ein. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war topp und wir würden hier gerne wieder mal Zeit verbringen. Vielen Dank für alles.

Excellentes vacances en famille !

Nous avons passé 15 jours excellents. La maison est idéalement située à seulement quelques mètres de la plage avec une très très belle piscine. Elle est spacieuse et offre tout le confort souhaité. Nous avons tout particulièrement apprécié la propreté du lieu et tous les équipements. Nous pouvons que recommander cette bonne adresse. Par ailleurs Loly et Jean-Philippe sont des propriétaires disponibles et très attentifs au bien être de leur hôtes. Laure et Julien.

Tolles Ferienhaus direkt am Strand

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in dem Ferienhaus. Es ist alles vorhanden damit man sich hier richtig wohlfühlen kann. Das Haus ist sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, man findet alles was man zum Kochen braucht. Die Dachterrasse ist wirklich sehr schön und die Schaukel dort war ein Highlight unserer Kinder. Die gesamte Anlage wirkt sehr gepflegt und der direkte Zugang zum Strand ist super. Einkaufsmöglichkeit sind jede Menge vorhanden, ein kleiner Supermarkt ist auch zu Fuß sehr gut zu erreichen. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und sorgt dafür, dass sich seine Gäste wohlfühlen. Danke für den tollen Urlaub wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen.

Que du bonheur !

Notre hôte Loly fut aux petits soins avec nous, rien ne manquait dans la maison (tel que les photos le montrent)! Le logement est fonctionnel, clair, le garage tout proche est appréciable pour les courses. Une belle piscine bien entretenue, la plage de sable à 50 mètres, des voisins très sympathiques avec lesquels nous avons partagé une bonne paëlla avec du vin français ;-)... Encore merci pour les conseils de visite sur la région !

Ferienhaus bei Denia

Das Objekt ist sehr gepflegt und gut ausgestattet. Der Vermieter ist sehr zuvorkommend, höflich und stets gut erreichbar. Leider befindet sich eines der Schlafzimmer im Keller und verfügt nicht über eine Klimaanlage. Ein Lüften über die kleinen vergitterten Kellerfenster ist schwierig und man gewinnt dort nicht den Eindruck im Urlaub zu sein. Das Haus verfügt über drei Schalfzimmer. Im Kellerschlafzimmer stehen zwei Einzelbetten ca 90*190. Im Erdgeschoß befindet sich ein Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche und einer Toilette. Im 1.OG sind die beiden weiteren Schlafzimmer. Die Matrazen sind bequem und nicht durchgelegen. Leider sind die Betten im 1.OG aus unserer Sicht zu klein. ca. 190x145cm. Für große Personen also nicht als Doppelbett geeignet. Ich würde gern wieder dort hinfahren, wenn die Betten größer sind, im Keller eine Klimaanlage verbaut wird, wie auch im Erdgeschoß und den beiden Schlafzimmern im 1. OG. Die Dachterasse ist fantastisch. Die gesamte Anlage ist gepflegt und ruhig. Der Strand ist mit wenigen Schritten erreicht. Der Tiefgaragenstellplatz ausreichend dimensioniert. Insgesamt ist das Haus zu empfehlen. Mit größeren Betten, Klimanlage im Keller und ggf. mit größeren Fenster, wäre das Haus nahezu perfekt.

Magnifique séjour à Dénia

Maison très bien exposée avec la mer au pied de la résidence. 3 terrasses très appréciables à différents moments de la journée. Très propre. Les propriétaires ont été aux petits soins pour nous, très appréciable. Merci beaucoup pour cette belle semaine à Dénia !!

Maison idéalement située et très bien équipée

Maison très agréable, très bien équipée, très propre. Place de parking privative en sous sol très pratique (proche de la maison et voiture à l'ombre !) Idéalement située en proximité de la plage (pas surpeuplée ! Il est très appréciable de pouvoir poser sa serviette en toute tranquillité) La piscine de la résidence est très agréable, plage en herbe relativement ombragée La région de Denia permet de très jolies balades et visites. Jean-Philippe est un hôte très sympathique et disponible Nous avons passé une très belle quinzaine en famille !
