You will enjoy a cozy king sized memory foam mattress/bed in a spacious master bedroom. Bedroom has HD smart TV with Hulu Live, Netflix and Amazon Video. Master bath is right off of the bedroom and has a large walk in travertine tile shower with bench, granite counter tops, and door with direct access to private patio. Full size walk in closet off the master bedroom, along with a washer and dryer.

Living area boasts a 65" wall mounted smart TV, with Hulu Live, Netflix and Amazon Video. The Casita also features a remote sound system, and high speed internet. Enjoy watching your favorite TV shows/movies on the electric double reclining couch with center console and rocking electric recliner.
Custom kitchen has granite counter tops, full size fridge with water/ice dispenser, microwave, full size range, and is equipped with all of the necessities you will need, including a variety of flavored K-cups for some yummy morning drinks.

Access to the common area, which includes 28,000 gal diving pool (not heated) and nearly 2000 sq ft of patio. Also, approximately 800 sq ft of your own private patio with fire pit, benches, putting green, and driving mats. Enjoy the San Tan mountain views as you sip your coffee in the morning or marvel at the sunsets in the evening enjoying a glass of wine, as........ "Life Happens Between Coffee and Wine".

Stretch your legs while walking/biking the ~6 miles of bridal paths and nature trails within our 250 acre ranch style community, in addition to the direct access to the Sonoqui Wash path, which is 5.8 miles long. We are located across the street from the community park and just 3 miles to the heart of Queen Creek and minutes to Gilbert, Chandler, and Mesa

We live in the main house on the same property opposite from the common area and are just a phone call or text away with any questions or concerns that you may have. We are happy to give you recommendations of good places to eat, sightseeing, or things to do. There's never a shortage of things to do around here, but it is also a great place to just sit and relax.
