About this property

Beautiful house of recent architect with pool, all comfort on the heights of Menton, 7 min. from the city center, 20 minutes from Monaco and Italy and 30 minutes from Nice.
For your greatest happiness and comfort we offer you this year our villa with its swimming pool with the following dimensions: 7. 50m long by 3. 90m wide, flat bottom 1. 50m for the whole family. (photos to come because under construction)
They are located in a very pleasant environment with sea and mountains view, you will be spectators at the end of the afternoon of the crossing of cruise ships, you will listen to the song of birds, cicadas and in the evening that of the toads, according to the season.
You will be able to take full advantage of the outside because no vis-à-vis, something rare on the Cote d'Azur!

The house consists of:
- 3 bedrooms, 2 with a double bed (160cm) and 1 with sofa-bed for 2 beds of 1 person, or 6 beds in all;
- a large kitchen area-living room-dining room of about 50m2,
- 2 bathrooms with toilet
You have a covered terrace for lunch sheltered from the sun, an arbor, a BBQ, as well as a table and garden furniture, deckchairs for napping or sunbathing under the shelter of looks, on 1500m2 of land, planted with olive trees, citrus, banana, mimosa, palm, laurel, yuccas, callistemons ...

Fantastic villa in a beautiful location

The villa is set in a beautiful location with views down to the coast and the town of Menton. The property is clean, spacious and had everything we needed for a family of four. Patrick was kind, helpful and responded quickly to any questions we had. The villa is in the ideal location to use as a base to explore Nice, Monaco or the towns of northern Italy (we went to Sanremo, which is less than an hour away). I would have no hesitation in recommending this property as a location for a relaxing holiday and the perfect base to explore the area.

Urlaub in den Bergen oberhalb von Menton

Super! Sehr netter Gastgeber, Tolles Haus mit Pool und zwei schönen Terrassen. Man kann von hieraus viel unternehmen, ob Bergwandern oder Baden im Meer, Menton und Nizza sind sehr schön! Man braucht in jedem Fall ein Auto, am besten ein ganz kleines, da die Straßen eng sind.

Super dejligt hus

Huset ligger perfekt og med flot udsigt. Huset ligger 8 min. kørsel fra Menton bymidte. Huset er i rigtig pæn stand og der var rent. Ejeren var virkelig venlig og imødekommende. Eneste minus er manglende aircondition.

Schönes, sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus

Schönes Haus im oberen Bereich eines Tals knapp unter Castellar mit etwas Meerblick, wenn auch über die (hörbare) Autobahn hinweg. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet inkl. Außengrill, voll augestatteter Küche und sehr schönem Pool. Einrichtung und Ausstattung sind hochwertig und neu. Der Garten mit Palmen und Bananenstauden hat ein karibisches Flair. - Die Anfahrt nach Menton oder zur Autobahn dauert leider ca. 15 Minuten über eine in weiteren Teilen nur 1-spurige Straße, die in beide Richtungen genutzt wird.

Gorgeous villa with stunning sea & mountain view close to Menton

All our family members loved this beautiful and new-state Provence-style villa with plenty of space in a quiet residential area. The house is furnished interior generously and equipped with all comfort, everything was in excellent condition and carefully maintained by the owner. The covered outdoor dining area is also particularly nice with large gas BBQ and a sea view which is better as shown in the description. All bedrooms are very comfortable- absolutely everything you might need for holiday recreation. Our Holiday activities have been dedicated to sandy beaches at Menton, visits to Museum Jean Cocteau and to Monaco, which is really in a short distance. We appreciated some little things already at place: Bed linen and a multi-part towel set, soap lotions for every bath room, detergents and dishwashing liquid, basic food incl. spices, some chilled water and juice and a bottle of wine - this was a really warm welcome to us after a long journey. There is an easy access to the property via “Routes des Ciappes de Castellar” in approx. 10 minutes by car from Menton. Car parking is within the gated terrain, only a few steps from the house entrance. Very friendly and courteous landlord, with great insider tips for holiday and leisure activities – we really enjoyed our evening trip to Castellar during the local festival season! Everything was as described and I would definitely recommend this villa to a friend!

Super vakantieplek!

Het is een geweldige vakantiewoning! Ruim, netjes, schoon, met een geweldig uitzicht! De foto's liegen niet! De eigenaar is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam! Het huis beviel ons vorig jaar zo goed dat we meteen opnieuw hebben geboekt. Kleine waarschuwing: voor zo'n prachtig uitzicht moet je wel wat bochtjes maken met de auto. Bijkomend voordeel: er is veel grond bij het huis, je hebt het gevoel van volledige vrijheid en merkt er niks van buren! Zeer aan te bevelen!

Super vakantiewoning!

Het is een heerlijke vakantieplek! Ruim, netjes, schoon, geweldig uitzicht, veel grond er om heen. zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaar. De foto's sprekn voor zich! Het huis beviel ons vorig jaar zo goed dat we nogmaals hebben geboekt! Kleine waarschuwing: als je zo'n mooi uitzicht wil moet je wel wat bochtjes willen maken met de auto. Voordeel is weer dat je het gevoel van volledige vrijheid hebt. Je ziet en merkt niks van buren!
