Villa La Bergerie is located in a beautiful park with access to the pond Thau. water sports, you can rent a boat. Private pool, barbecue and petanque. Ideal for families and friends.
The area of the house is 360m2, it is divided on two levels.
On the ground floor, a double living room overlooking the pond, a dining room, a separate kitchen and equipped, a desk TV corner.

Très belle prestation

Site parfait pour une réunion familiale avec de nombreux espaces distinctes en intérieur et à l'extérieur. Les propriétaires ne sont jamais très loin pour donner leurs conseils et apporter des réponses aux petites questions du séjour. Le lieu a été unanimement apprécié ! Je recommande vivement

Sehr charmante und prompte Einführung durch Frau Constance Preau

Altes gemütliches Haus schön gelegen, leider gerade neben den Banlieus. Sehr grosszügig,viel Platz mit guter Klimaanlage.

Week end merveilleux

Nous avons choisi la bergerie pour fêter les 35 ans de mon fils en famille. La maison se situe dans un cadre magnifique au bord de l'étang. Mon fils a pêché des dorades. Nous avons apprécié l'accueil, la literie, l'accès direct à l'étang. Tout est prévu pour passer un agréable séjour. Merci pour ce merveilleux week-end.

Une très très jolie bâtisse d'époque. Nous pouvons encore ressentir les souvenirs qui s'y sont construits. Très vite, nous nous approprions la demeure. Tout est fonctionnel et dans son "jus". Piscine top. Un coté toscan. Les seuls bémols: l'environnement. La maison est entourée de constructions sociales et en fonction du vent, il arrive parfois que l'on entende la voie de chemin de fer.

Séjour parfait !

Le lieu et la maison sont magnifiques ! Remplis de charmes! Nous étions 9 et nous avons passé un superbe week end. Avec en plus la surprise de découvrir qu’il y avait un accès privé à la plage où le soir vous pourrez observer le coucher du soleil. De plus Constance est adorable et à tout fait pour que nous passions un superbe moment. Je recommande à 1000%

What a fantastic property and place

We spent 4 nights at the property. We actually stayed in both houses and would highly recommend it. The owners were fantastic and made sure everything was perfect. Both properties have pools, bbq and plenty of room. Fantastic time! Thank you

Fantastic Vacation Home

We had a beautiful stay at la Bergerie. Constance was very communicative and easily accessible. The home is VERY spacious and very private. The pool is large and well equipped with BBQ area adjacent. The home is 5 min drive from large grocery store and a 5 min walk from bakery with great croissants and bread. The city of Sète is a 10 min drive and charming. The local beaches are very clean and fun for all!!!! If you want to explore a larger city, Montpellier is only 40 min away and is a must, great shopping and restaurants!!

La qualité de l'accueil, le charme et la beauté des lieux, le grand confort de la maison et le calme du parc font que le souvenir de ce séjour n'est pas près de s'estomper. Un havre de paix dans un cadre enchanteur.

Una casa única

Nos ha encantado pasar unos días en la elegante casa de la familia Preau. Está situada en un enclave único, al borde de la laguna, en la que se pueden disfrutar unas maravillosas puestas de sol, y en un enorme jardín de pinos centenarios. Todo en esta casa emana paz y elegancia. Es un sitio único desde el que visitar tanto Sète como muchos otros pueblos pintorescos (especialmente Meze). Y, sobre todo, para disfrutar de la laguna, que tiene un encanto muy característico (y acceso directo desde la casa). También para deleitarse en sus múltiples rincones. La familia Preau, y señaladamente Constance, es muy educada y amable. Están pendientes de los huéspedes de la casa como en un hotel de cinco estrellas. Estamos deseando volver y nos ha gustado mucho conocerles y haber formado una pequeña parte de la historia de este lugar mágico.

Lovely property and wonderful host!

Firstly Constance is a great host, everything from tips before our visit to her hospitality on site and helping us during our stay. I highly recommend her personally. The property is wonderful. It is a very beautiful home, which has been renovated and kept to a high standard. The large garden and pool area was were we spent most of our time, and most nights we used the open grill by the pool and the pool seating area for dinner. All the outdoor furniture seems new and was very comfortable for spending days and evenings there. The is also a refrigerator by the pool which means that we didn't have to run back up to the house to get drinks. We were a large party of 6 adults and 6 children but the house never felt cramped. the only downside to this however was that the house did get very warm. Constance however provided us with fans directly to solve the issue. It should be noted that when we followed her instructions and opened up all the doors in the house it did get cooler, but depending on who you stay with they may or may not want to have closed doors. There is a live-in groundskeeper who takes care of the pool/garden etc. and we did not find him intrusive at all. We were told he could get us more wood for the barbecue however we just used coal instead. The garden and pool are kept to a very high standard. Other points to note, the kitchen opens out into the garden and there are three tables under a mulberry tree where we enjoyed breakfast and a few meals. The area around the house is perfect for boule however kids with wet feet bring the sand into the house and pool so we used flip flops when going from the house to the pool and vice versa. There is a tap where you can wash your feet before getting in the pool. The property is on the Etang, and you have direct access to the water from a gate. We did not go swimming there and preferred the beach clubs on the ocean side of Séte instead. The gate to get into the property is located on a fairly busy road crossing, which can be a bit tricky to get in and out of especially with a large car. All in all I highly recommend this property and the host. Séte is a lovely place for a family holiday.
