This spectacular 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo overlooking the Little Pigeon River has all the amenities you will need and is located right in the heart of downtown Pigeon Forge close to Dollywood, The Island and many shopping outlets. After a fun day of enjoying the outdoors, come relax by the fireplace or out on the spacious balcony where you can hear the rustling of the Little Pigeon River right outside. Awesome condo!

My family and friends were very impressed with this clean, quiet, and well appointed 3 BR condo at Riverstone Resort. Plenty of room for the 6 of us all and having comfy king sized beds in all 3 of the BRs was a nice bonus vs most places. The kids loved the big indoor pool and hot tub. The location in Pigeon Forge is perfect - nice quiet and safe location but just around the corner from the Parkway. Alisa was a super responsive host. Will be back!

Visit to Dollywood

The location is perfect and very close to Dollywood in downtown pigeon Forge. We would love to come back. It was spacious for my three kids and my husband and I.

Smith-Welch Family Time

Had a wonderful time with Grandchildren (5) , son and daughter in law, daughter and son in law and wonderful husband. Resort offered so many different things for grandchildren to enjoy. Could not have wanted more. Pigeon Forge was a delight with lots of new activities to enjoy.

Overall very satisfied. Owner responded quicky to questions we had when we first arrived (regarding the coffee maker). Minor: towels in both bathrooms were well worn and there could have been a couple more for each bathroom.

Inviting Get Away

The unit was very spacious for five of us adults. Felt warm and inviting in every space of the unit. Made you feel like you were in your own home. Plenty of towels for all. We didn’t cook but kitchen seemed to be stocked. Very clean unit. Great central location.

Short Family Get Away

This condo was perfect! It was very clean and furnished well. The location is perfect for a trip to Gatlinburg or Sevierville, both are just a few minutes away. We had all kinds of weather for a 4-day trip, snow, rain, and a little sunshine. The heated indoor pool was relaxing but we will definitely be back this summer for use of the lazy river. Thanks for making our visit so enjoyable!
