Ideally located in Sainte Lucie de Porto Vecchio, in a calm and green environment, our new luxury villa built in 2015 is only 2 km from the superb Pinarello beach, 2km from the village center of Sainte Lucie de Porto Vecchio and natural pools in the Cavu river.
Comfortable villa with 2 air-conditioned bedrooms: one with a large bed and one with two single beds (possibility of bringing them together), a shower room with WC and washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen-living room (dishwasher, microwave , oven, electric hob) opening onto a beautiful teak covered terrace, an enclosed garden and a fully private car park with automatic gate.

Merci à Lionel pour son accueil, La maison est superbe avec tout le nécessaire pour passer un excellent séjour. La proximité de la plage qui est magnifique. Vraiment si l'occasion se présentait, nous y retournerions.

séjour très agréable conforme à nos attentes
Petit logement très agréable sans luxe mais très fonctionnel. Grande terrasse abritée et petit jardin sans vis à vis très sympa. Très bonne situation à tous les points de vue. Très calme. Nous sommes très satisfait de notre séjour.

Wir hatten einen super Urlaub auf Korsika
Das Ferienhaus von Maria und Lionel ist ruhig gelegen, sauber und ist mit allen ausgestattet was man braucht. Zum nächsten Supermarkt, Bäcker, Obst/Gemüse Laden und zum Strand sind es gerade Mal 5 Minuten mit dem Auto. Zudem ist die Lage richtig gut: Zahlreiche Strände, Gumpen, Wanderrouten quasi um die Ecke. Plus Porto Vecchio und Bonfacio in einen Tagesausflug gut zu erreichen. Long Story Short: Man kann es hier ganz gut 2 Wochen aushalten 😁

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub in einer tollen Unterkunft
Wir haben drei Wochen in dieser wunderschönen Gegend verbracht und die Unterkunft war einfach klasse. Sehr sehr sauber, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir würden diese Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen und sie jedem weiter empfehlen. Der Kontakt zu lionel und Maria war von Beginn der Buchung bis zur Abreise hervorragend und sehr zuvorkommend.

Des vacances reposantes dans une location impeccable
Séjour très agréable. Un endroit parfait pour un repos total et des vacances au top… La maison est très bien positionnée à 2 pas des commerces, de la plage de Pinarellu et L’Ovu Santu. La climatisation, la propreté, la décoration sobre et moderne de cette maison sont un atout imparable et nous espérons pouvoir revenir séjourner. Propriètaires discrets et gentils.

Perfekter Strand direkt um's Eck
Wir haben uns zwei Wochen lang sehr wohl gefühlt. Waren viel unterwegs und der Standort ist perfekt, um Wanderungen, Gumpentouren und Stadtbesichtigungen (Porto Vecchio und Bonifacio) zu machen. Danach oder statt dessen haben wir den grandiosen Strand Pinarello quasi ums Eck ausgiebig genossen. Wir hatten das Glück in der Vorsaison dort sein zu können. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war freundlich und unkompliziert (bei mangelden Französisch-Kenntnissen hilft der Google Übersetzer :-)

Nous recommandons cette villa calme et reposante. Ideale pour un couplée avec 2 enfants comme nous. La maison est parfaitement équipée avec un gros +pour la clim vraiment appréciable durant les fortes chaleurs. Les propriétaires sont des plus accueillants. Les plages sont magnifiques, de jolies randonnées avec des vues à couper le souffle !

Petite villa suréquipée, où vous ne manquerez de rien, ni d'équipements ménagers, ni de confort intérieur et extérieur, et apprécierez la gentillesse et la disponibilité des hôtes, Regis et Maria. Très bien placée pour aller sur les plages de Pinarello ou de Saint Cyprien.

EXCELLENTE ADRESSE. TRÈS BON RAPPORT QUALITÉ/PRIX.
Jolie petite villa où rien ne manque, très propre et fonctionnelle dans un quartier résidentiel et calme. A proximité, toutes commodités et une très belle plage d'accès facile (y compris à pied pour les amateurs de marche) bordée de pins et adaptée à tout niveau de nage en sécurité. Propriétaires bienveillants et discrets.

Superbes vacances dans une villa ou le calme reigne
Superbes vacances dans une villa calme et reposante. La maison est parfaitement équipée avec un gros +pour la clim vraiment agréable durant les fortes chaleur. La maison est à proximité de la plage et de la rue avec de très bons restaurants vue mer. Les propriétaires sont des plus accueillants et toujours disponibles pour des renseignements ou autre coup de main comme pour nettoyer la voiture de loc avant de partir ahah. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir dans cette maison pour continuer à visiter cette belle île de beauté.
