This beautifully kept 1940s home is nestled on a quiet street in the north valley. The 3 bedroom, 2 bath home sits on a lush one-acre property. If you are visiting at harvest time, you'll find plenty of apple trees, pear trees, and grape vines that you are free to enjoy, as you relax in one of the two outdoor patios under the shade of the many indigenous trees.
The gated property is completely fenced and set back from the road with plenty of space for parking, (including space for an RV). The backyard is spacious with grapevines, apple trees, a covered patio, and a private pickleball court.
The newly renovated kitchen is a gourmet cook's dream! The beautiful Talavera tile adds to the authenticity of the Territorial Style home. The open kitchen contains modern appliances and is fully stocked with everything you would need to enjoy a home-cooked meal.
Hardwood and brick floors abound throughout the two main living areas as well as all three bedrooms.
We work with a professional cleaning company that uses a 5 -Star cleaning system. The home is cleaned thoroughly between each reservation.

We had an amazing time at Casa Z! The house was clean and the furnishing was amazing. We were so impressed with the decoration and vibe this rental presented with so much personality. We enjoyed some pickleball, a lot of time on the HUGE couch, and a
Fantastic central place to stay in Albuquerque. Safe neighborhood and lovely home. The property manager answered all of our questions within 20 minutes. Thank you!
Eight of us stayed in this beautiful property and we all loved it. The house is so cozy - it really feels like home. If you enjoy older homes and an antique vibe, this house is for you. It has positively everything you could possibly need. We cooked a big meal one night and it went off without a hitch. The sun room with the huge sectional was big enough for all of us to watch movies together and that sofa is SO comfortable that several people took naps there. My sister in law put together an entire puzzle that she found on the game shelf. Also, we weren't expecting the yard to be so large - it's enormous and the kids who visited had a blast running around. Plus we played pickleball and basketball and all of the sports equipment is on site for guest's use. The water temperature in the larger bathroom is temperamental but that's to be expected for a home built in 1937! My family and I can't wait to come back and stay again.
I picked Casa Z because of it's perceived location, being more or less centrally located to everything I planned on doing with my family. Well it ended up surprising to the upside! House was PERFECTLY located, clean, spacious, and had a great lot. Worked perfectly for my family with kids and my parents. Highly recommend!
We had a wonderful time. Lots of outdoor patios under huge trees, great gas bbq, centrally located, nice walks along water ditches, great restaurants, big tv with huge sectional, well appointed kitchen, quiet neighborhood with big houses on acteage.
Family reunion and wedding in Albuquerque and Santa Fe
We had a fantastic time in the house. There was plenty of space for four adults--two singles and one couple--as there were two wings, a king bed in one, and two bedrooms with queen bed, each with a bathroom. We loved the kitchen, indoor living spaces, and outdoor sitting areas. The views were great, with grass and plenty of trees, and a view of the mountain in the distance. The host and property manager responded quickly when we needed something.
We enjoyed our visit to ABQ over the holiday weekend, we are NM born and raised and currently live in Utah. It was quite the treat to stay in the Los Arboles neighborhood for our Labor Day weekend visit to NM to visit with our family. This house met all of our needs to spend a long weekend with family.
We had some friends in town for a small business convention, and needed a place that could accommodate a few of us. The property is in one of my favorite neighborhoods and the grounds and the house are very beautiful and charming. Communication was excellent, everything went smoothly and easily, and our stay couldn’t have been better. Thank you!
Lovely, spacious home & yard in a quiet safe neighborhood.
Highly recommend. We had a few unexpected issues during our stay, but overall, the property couldn’t have been better for a 7-person family celebration. The house is nicely appointed, the kitchen is well supplied & the beds were very comfortable. Very clean & conducive to
relaxation. Lovely grounds/huge cottonwoods in back yard.
We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful old house on a huge lot in a great neighborhood. We were just a few blocks from my sister's house in the valley. It was both comfortable and convenient. But I always find the best houses. There were great walking trails nearby.
This is a lovely home in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. The patios are peaceful and it is close to everything. Loved hiking around the neighborhood and my favorite was the peacock'in the morning.
My wife's extended family met in Albuquerque to commemorate the passing of her beloved niece. We were lucky to find this property available on short notice and were very pleased with it. I would highly recommend it to any and everybody.
We had a wonderful stay at this home in Albuquerque. We spent Christmas in New Mexico, and this was the perfect “base” for going between family and activities. The house is so welcoming, so New Mexico, and just wonderful. We didn’t want to leave!
The backyard is a great space, especially if you had younger kids would want to stretch their legs. Location is safe and easy to get to places.
Host and property manager are quick to respond, give clear instructions and had everything ready for us. Even a Christmas tree!!
We will look forward to staying again when we go back “home”.
Sarah Wolfe & Family
Enjoyed our stay in this lovely home & lovely city. Home had everything we needed - comfortable beds, equipped kitchen (even coffee & sugar), relaxing areas inside & out. Location was great for us. We toured Santa Fe & did the Hot Air Balloon Festival. Would definitely go back.
House was spacious and easily accommodated 6 family members in town to celebrate a granddaughter's wedding.
Convenient location to Old Town, Pueblo Indian Museum, Sawmill Market, and Rio Grande Nature Center State Park. Patios front and back were very pleasant for outdoor dining, and we appreciated the laundry facilities. Property manager Audrey responded promptly to our questions about the house and to a minor problem with the kitchen sink disposal. We were delighted with the property and would stay here again if we return to Albuguerque.
Wonderful southwestern style home that has much to offer those who stay!! We had everything we needed, we were close to everywhere we were going in Albuquerque...and felt like we were just coming home each day!! Thanks!
